“Spacious and stylish apartment, with amazing balcony, in the lively Spanish quarter”
+Fantastic apartment located in the vibrant Spanish Quarter of Naples. The location is excellent, with all main attractions within 30 minutes walking, including the Historic Centre, beach, port, Chiaia (posh area on the hill), and Castels Novo and St’Elmo. Both main tube lines and the funicular are within a 10 minutes walking walk too. The apartment itself was the ideal stay for 5 people over a long weekend (and we would have happily stayed longer). It is bright, spacious and quiet - the benefit of staying on the fourth floor is the elevation above the busy streets below. However, the standout feature of Nino’s place is the balcony; the view is amazing night & day and there is ample seating both for eating and lounging.
−The WiFi wasn’t working initially, but Nino made every effort to get it fixed asap! Great service. The apartment is top floor and the lift is small. It’s a lot of steps to walk up. It was not a problem for us but may be for those with accessibility needs.

“Superb”
+Spacious apartment with large terrace and panoramic views. Air-con in bedrooms much appreciated. Convenient location on the edge of the Spanish Quarter and close to Toledo metro station. Also walking distance to port for ferries to Amalfi coast and islands. Host Nino is charming and very helpful with suggestions and advice, and always very responsive to any messages.

“Spacious, lovely apartment, beautiful terrace with stunning view, and the best host.”
+The apartment is nothing less than perfect. Spacious, very clean, cosy, and very well equipped with all what you need. Location is central, in a side street so you are not in the middle of crowds, but in a three minutes walk you will be in Via Toledo in the middle of everything. The terrace: simply perfect with a stunning view. I spent extremely relaxing moments over there in a sunny day, just gazing at the beautiful mountain. This view only deserves hours to spend for and to enjoy. Finally, the host. I can't say well enough about Nino. A lovely, polite, kind and welcoming man that makes you feel like you know him before. We clicked with him instantly from the first moment. He was very helpful and assisted us with luggage, then provided some verbal recommendations followed by a long list of recommendations in the next morning. He kept in touch almost every day to make sure that we were enjoying our stay with nothing missing. To me, he is more like a friend by now and I'm looking forward to meeting him soon again.
−Nothing. We liked everything. Only in case a guest having a mobility issues he/she may consider planning for a one row of steps after getting out from the elevator to reach the roof floor and apartment door.

“Overall pretty good, just some small things.”
+The patio was amazing and there was a quaintness to the property. There was a very convenient lift and cute decor. The annex was so fun!
−He was hard to get ahold of upon arriving so we were stranded at the train station. We did not like that there was no AC in the living quarters. We had to empty a five gallon water bottle (from the air conditioning) twice a day to water the plants which was very heavy.

+Perfecte locatie in de levendige spaanse wijk. Vijfde etage met een groot dakterras: weinig last van straatgeluiden en een mooi uitzicht. Fijne communicatie met de eigenaar, zowel voor als tijdens ons verblijf.
−NIets. Het appartement ziet er uit als op de foto's. Het is schoon en het biedt genoeg mogelijkheden om zowel binnen als buiten te eten, borrelen of gewoon te genieten van het uitzicht.
