“A perfect place to stay right in the heart of Bari Vecchia.”
+What a lovely room, right in the heart of Bari Vecchia. It was perfect. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating, and managed to get the room ready for me after a sudden booking change I had to make. I was very grateful that this was achieved. There was even a fridge stocked with soft drinks and beer and a bottle of wine, all complimentary. The room is spacious and very authentic to the charm of Bari. If you like beautiful narrow streets, lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, piazzas, churches, wandering around and getting lost, then this place is the one for you. Open your door and you immediately feel you are living in the true authentic part of Bari- you even see the ladies making pasta outside their doors. The room is also located very close to the harbour, so there's plenty of opportunities to explore the whole of Bari. Overall a wonderful stay.

“Not the best we have seen”
+The accommodation is well located near the objectives of interest, in a good safe area, it's clean and has all you need for a nice stay. The parking is a nice bonus but..
−A neighbour blocked the gate through which we should get the car out from the parking yard so be aware of this possibility especially if you have a tight program or a plane to catch. The accommodation needs some repairs and moisture remediation.

“Cute apartment and nice host but some issues”
+It was a very secure spot, with on-site private parking and walking distance to the old town. The host was very nice and responsive, even met us an hour earlier than we had intended. He told us about close restaurants, and whenever we had a problem, he immediately responded. Comfortable bed and breakfast of coffee and breakfast cakes well stocked.
−There is no air-conditioning. With the hot weather, even with the fan, the unit was still hot. The Parking is narrow only smaller cars can fit. A motorcycle blocked our car’s ability to exit the parking space each day. We found the motorcycle owner by searching each neighboring business but frustrating. Locks are a little wonky. When the host shows you around, make sure he lets you work the locks with him there and tells you how to find the motorcycle owner.

+Honestly, everything! The location is great for couples, families, people with dogs (us). Flat is extremely clean and spacious. Parking is great, we have a large vehicle, Tesla Model X and managed with no problem. Host (Emanuele) absolutely great to deal with. We will be back! Grazie Emanuele!

“Perfect place to stay in Matera!”
+I’m not sure you can find a better value in Matera. It has everything you need and is just a stones throw from the centre. Highly recommended!
