“Nicely”
+Location
−First of all, thank you for having us. We wanted to share some friendly and constructive feedback with the best of intentions, purely to help improve the experience for future guests. Unfortunately, we were not able to check in earlier, nor were we allowed to leave our luggage at the property prior to the official check-in time, so we had to pay for an external luggage storage service. Additionally, the online check-in process requiring photos felt a bit too complex for us. Also, as we previously pointed out during our stay, providing shower soap and ensuring that the batteries (for the devices/remotes) are fully working would be very helpful additions to the apartment. We hope you take this feedback positively as a way to enhance your service. Thank you once again for everything!

“Comfortable apartment with a central location for your perfect city stay in Bari”
+The location is great and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
−The bed was a bit too soft for our taste. Other than that everything was great!

“Good stay”
+We really liked the location and the place had a kitchen and amenities to cook if you plan on staying for long. The AC worked really well and the balcony was nice. The check-in was very simple and we had the possibility to leave our bags beforehand.
−The place could be cleaner, more towels and bed linen could be available. The bathroom is small and doesn't have any amenities. I would also recommend adding a cleaning mop.

−Nada.

“Lepo”
