“Very confortable place to stay in Arashiyama”
+We loved the house ! We were three and it was perfect for us. We loved spending time around the low table downstairs. The many lights settings made evenings confortable and the house is really beautiful. I know there are other units around but we didn’t hear anything, it was really calm. The train station is only 10 mn of walk away, perfect.
−The aircon units in the bedrooms need to be cleaned. When we turned them on they sent a very bad smell of moldy that gave us throat ache.

“Authentic traditional Japanese room”
+The staff Emi san is extremely nice, welcoming and care about us. The quality of the facility was excellent and clean. They are using high-quality electricity equipments. Very spacious room, the authentic Japanese traditional house vibes, a good location to travel around Arashiyama.

“Great stay”
+This place is close to the train station and close to the bamboo forest area. Very nice and good for groups to book a couple of these
−Not much stays open late nearby so just keep that in mind but otherwise perfect

+Il miglior ppsto dove dormire. Non solo a Kyoto, ma in tutto il Giappone. Una casa tradizionale, pulita e vicina alla metro, visto che la posizione non é centrale (ed é un bene per chi cerca tranquillitá).

“最高だった”
+大人2名子供3名（小4.中1.高1）で利用させていただきました。 チェックイン前の13時前後に着く事を事前に伝え、荷物の預かりと駐車場（無料）の予約をしました。少し遅れてしまいましたが、13時半頃着くと、アーリーチェックインを無料でしていただいてお部屋に入ることができました。 お部屋は一棟貸しの二階建て。2階はキングサイズのベッドの部屋と3〜4セット布団が敷けるお部屋の２部屋あり、おトイレもありました。 1階にはリビングとお風呂（半露天風呂）、洗面所、トイレ、台所（お箸などありました）。冷蔵庫とポット、洗濯機もあったので大変助かりました。コーヒーメーカーとお水（人数分）もあり、朝ごはんは宿の目の前に夜中12時まで営業のウェルシアがあったのでそちらで購入し、ゆっくり過ごせました。施設は全て清潔でお部屋はいい香りがします。枕？お布団？がいいのか快適に眠れました。 スタッフさんは親切で何でも質問しやすい雰囲気で待っていてくださいます。家族みんなまたここに来たい帰りたくないと話していました。

−施設というよりも、歩いていける距離、近くに飲食店が少ないくらいです。

+予約制の駐車場を予約していませんでしたが、 到着してからでも止めさせてくれました。 宿から徒歩5分くらいでした。 室内も全てがそろっていて快適に過ごせ 子供たちも喜んでいました。

“製作者の意図が感じられる納得出来る快適さ”
+部屋の造りが純日本風でありながら、一流ホテルと同レベルの設備設計とクオリティーを備えていて、且つ自分の家のようにリラックス出来て、非常に快適に過ごせました。２階建て造りになって間取りが普通の家のようになっているが各部屋各設備が機能的に配置されているのも良いです。照明や床下からのエアコンも緻密な計算された心遣いが感じられて心地良かったです。これだけ高いクオリティーなのに値段は安くは無いがリーズナブルで無理せず泊まれる価格帯は抜群のマーケッティング戦略だと感心させられました。益々のご発展をお祈りしています。
−タオル掛が各洗面台と部屋にも少し欲しいです。それと、脱いだ服を掛けるハンガースタンドが各部屋必要です。どちらも造りつけの設備でなく、移動式のハンディーな物が市販されています。
