“lovely apartment with outstanding host”
+The chalet has stunning views over the valley, and we enjoyed sunrise over the mountains every morning. The apartment is modern and very well equipped with all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay with a family. The host is very friendly and helpful. Helene made sure our arrival was very smooth and welcoming: she met us on arrival to hand over the keys and give tips for activities in the nearby area. We stayed for 5 days and filled it with hikes in the nearby valleys, a trip to Brixen (including a very good swimming pool), castles and water falls. Some of the famous Dolomites sites are only an hour's drive away, but require prebooking and can get busy during the summer period when we visited.
−Although the location is excellent, it is a 15 minute drive along a narrow, winding road to the nearest shop down in the valley. This is not a problem, but it requires planning to avoid multiple daily trips up/down.

“A frightening stay due to the height of the place. And cheating by taking money.”
+The view and the spaciousness of the apartment are the only advantages.
−The employee's behavior towards us upon departure was unacceptable. She attempted to extort money from us through any means, using irregular methods, simply to get her hands on the cash. She was dishonest and unresponsive, despite the fact that we left the apartment in excellent condition, as if it were our own. She was trying to take money by any means necessary, which is unacceptable given how well we maintained the apartment. We demand compensation.

“Top experience”
+Kröllhof has an amazing panorama. The apartment was perfect, clean and comfortable and really well-equipped. The host was really kind and helpful. We got a lot of recommendations around programs and options. The area is very peaceful and silent.

“Amazing location ! Overall better then we expected 11/10 !”
+The location is amazing 🤩😍 The reason some people give a low score is unjustified for me. Yes it's a bit of a remote location to drive to, but that's just the whole point why it's so amazing and has beautiful views 🤩🤩.

“Super Aufenthalt, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, klasse Wanderwege.”
