+The apartment is localed in front of beach. It's very convinient to go to the beach and sea. There are a lot of cafees or bars nearby. The view from balkony is amazing specially during sunrise.
−The furniture is outdated but it's obvious if you look at photos during booking. So it meets expectations.

“Will certainly choose the place again.”
+Convenience, everything is walking distance. The best part was the parking, however we suggest a remote control to the parking rather then calling a number.
−I would advice an espresso machine. Pest control to the balcony. I would prefer a flat toaster, because the one in the room was not up to your standard.

“Great stay in a fab little apartment in the perfect location”
+Idea location right next to the beach, restaurants and all local amenities. The apartment itself had everything you need and more, hair dryer, iron, towels, beach towels etc…

“Would not recommend.”
+The only good thing about the property was the location
−Very disappointing experience. We checked in around 3 AM and, shortly after unpacking, spotted a small, fast-moving insect jumping around that looked like a flea. We contacted the owner and provided photos and video evidence. The manager dismissed the issue as seasonal insects in Cyprus and, rather than offering a solution or compensation, told us we could leave if we want because all other apartments were fully booked. We had paid for two nights, were already out during the day, and could not reasonably be expected to find and pay for alternative accommodation at such short notice. We were left with no solution, no compensation and no sense that our concerns were taken seriously. On top of this, the second-floor apartment we stayed did not look like the one advertised in the photos. The lack of responsibility, customer care and willingness to resolve the situation made the experience particularly frustrating. We paid for proper accommodation and expected much better.
