“Comfortable stay at a spacious room”
+Spacious room with conveniently placed furniture, enough light, enough space for personal belongings, enough of everything. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed. It is suitable for a family and for one person it was perfect. There was always a place where to park a car even though it is not guaranteed.
−The constant noise from the pool was bothersome. However, with closed windows it was not a problem. The area around the hotel - and the hotels itself has nothing to do with it - is chaotic.

“Cats on the ground were endlessly cute!”
+Considering the value for money, this was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had in Bulgaria (and overall, my experiences regarding value for money in the country have been positive). Even though it is located on a very busy street,which is great if you want to pop into a supermarket late at night,it was remarkably quiet in the courtyard and especially inside. The room was well soundproofed. The amenities were overall modern, including a Smart TV that I was able to use easily and intuitively. The air conditioning worked flawlessly without making too much noise. I found it particularly delightful that very sweet cats kept me company during breakfast; they even sat on the table, and I was able to cuddle with them. The owner of the cats is apparently the operator of the restaurant directly adjoining the courtyard, and she mentioned she has nine cats. She spoke both English and German, and she even gave me a good cup of coffee for free. Parking was also relatively easy, although I cannot guarantee that this is always the case, for instance during the peak season.

This would not have been a major issue during an in-person check-in, but over the phone,which is how it took place here,it can become quite problematic and cumbersome. For example, instead of referring to lowercase letters and capital letters, he kept using the phrase "little words." This clearly illustrates that when English skills are lacking, a phone-guided check-in can be somewhat difficult. It is really only suitable for guests who speak fluent English and can intuitively guess what the host actually means despite the language barrier. This example of using "little words" (it was about code for WiFi) instead ofhave to mention the phone call with the apartment host. His English was very poor. “Comfortable and pleasant 14 nights stay”
+The hosts were very welcoming, responsive and helpful with all questions and requests we had. We were one adult & one child in a large studio with kitchen that had everything we needed for the stay. We stayed in Kranevo for 14 days, primarily for the Ice Arena, which is very close to this accomodation (just 5-6 min walking distance) which was very convenient for our needs. The premises also have a large pool and a functional gym that we enjoyed.
−Nothing very important, only a suggestion - to have mosquito nets installed on the doors. The windows have nets, just adding them to the doors as well would be superb.

+Прекрасное место. Очень уютно и спокойно. Чистый бассейн, море недалеко, рядом супермаркет. В номере чисто, матрас удобный, постельное белье приятное. Кухня оснащена всем необходимым, кондиционер. Замечательно отдохнули.

+O vacanță relaxantă, preț/ calitate ok, personal amabil gata să ajute în situații de necesitate ( am uitat luminile de drum aprinse la mașină, a doua zi bateria se descărcase, dar mi-a sărit în ajutor foarte repede, astfel că problema a fost rezolvată); mulțumim încă o dată pentru ajutor și pentru atentia pe care o arătați oaspeților. Sigur că ne dorim sa revenim într-un sezon următor!!!!
−"Bulgarka" restaurantul recomandat! Am fost la ei, am procedat așa cum ni s-a recomandat pentru a primi discount, numai că... .discountul a fost la porțiile de mâncare! Nota de plată a venit normal, fara reducere; a trebuit să ii atragem noi atenția..

“Приказно местенце за почивка”
+Чисто,уютно,спокойно. Чудесен басейн.Много близо до плажа,супермаркет,търговска улица,ресторанти. Любезен и отзивчив персонал! Всичко беше на ниво!
−Би било чудесно ако се заменят металните ограничителни колчета на паркинга с гъвкави такива:)
