+Very clean, has everything you need in the kitchen and a washing machine, great location, the apartment look new and tidy
−No big mirror, no space in the bathroom- you can barely sit on the toilet because its too close to the wall, the bed is small (maybe 100 cm wide)

“Good location, clean, easy stay for one person”
+Great location, perfect for one person, clean, big balcony, has everything you might need like aircon, washing machine, iron, microwave, big fridge, tv, good wifi and so on. Did not use any of them but assume it all works well. Building has elevator.
−There was mysterious puddle next to balcony door but seemed like clean water and was gone the next day. Dolce gusto machine for big capsules had only 3 tinny capsules that would not fit for that so don’t rely on that. But its better to go out for coffee anyway!

+The apartment is located in Koum Kapi, just a 2minute walk from Koum kapi Beach and about 15 minutes on foot from the Old Town. It is suitable for one person and the building itself was fine and clean.
−However, the communication with the host was very disappointing. Before my arrival, I had to ask several times for information about check-in and the keys. A day before my departure, I asked about check-out and for a taxi number, but even a week after my stay, I still have not received a reply. Overall, the apartment was fine, but the host seemed completely uninterested.

+The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped and there is a lift. There is a large balcony, a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The owner provided information about Chania and the local area.

“Ok stay”
+The location was good, short walk to the old town, and a nice promenade by the sea not far away with restaurants etc The bed was soft, the apartment was clean and looked ok It was pretty quiet there during my stay A decent little terrace so you can sit outside Perfectly ok for one person to stay here, maybe two could
−Check in at 4pm is very late, with no possibility of early check in The bathroom is very small, too small The AC leaked a little water right at the exit to the terrace when it is in use, not a big deal but a bit annoying The kitchen could have been a little better equipped No dishwasher

+The room is cosy, well-equipped and in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. It has absolutely everything you could need - AC, two different coffee machines, a stove, fridge, kettle, iron, washing machine, and a huge balcony. It is thoughtful to have several bins for rubbish. I had a small issue finding the keys (there is another set of boxes at the entrance of the building, the right box is inside the building, actually), then I could not enter the correct password for WiFi (handwriting was not clear enough, and I wrote I V instead of letter Y). Also, there was no information about the hot water switch that needs to be turned on and off to heat the water. But the host was extremely helpful and responded immediately. Also, they offered a cleaning service in the middle of my stay, and I was quite happy about it, since when renting a studio in Tenerife last year, when asked about cleaning (I stayed for a week), I received the answer that they are not a hotel and they do not clean until checkout. So, kudos to Cretan service! Also, I asked for a better knife and received it the next day! I highly recommend this studio!
−It requires some gymnastics to get into the shower through the toilet on the way. It is dangerously slippery when you step out of the shower, and I nearly slid into a full split with the footmat lying on the slippery floor! This is definitely not a place for big people! The only thing that lacked was the absence of a well-sized mirror. There is only a mirror in the bathroom where you can only see your face.
