“Memorable vacation at Koukaki View”
+The apartment, rooms, facilities , amenities , host's promptness to all our queries, cleanliness ,everything was par excellence.
−This review is not related to the apartment but its about the neighborhood . post 8 pm all the lanes and streets in the neighborhood went quiet and nobody to be seen on streets which made us feel a little uncomfortable while walking down the street.

+Spacious apartment, approx 15 min walk to the closest metro station.
−Just a small suggestion to the host - it would be nice to have some instructions where to search for the box with keys (it is really hidden and it took us some time to discover the box location).

“Splendid choice for a relaxing holiday!”
+The apartment and location were awesome, very easy distance to the Acropolis and the old city Plaka and a Koukaki is a hipster neighborhood with cool bars and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, the balcony is fantastic. The host was super friendly and helpful and very responsive. Recommend staying there!

+A very nice apartment with a lovely terrace! The host was very kind and helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped. Bathroom and shower perfect! Everything was very clean. A nice and peaceful area. Would very much recommend!

“Beautiful, spacious traditional apartment with fantastic balcony terrace.”
+The host's communication was great and very fast, and getting the keys was very simple. Great location; very quiet at night but close to vibrant and trendy local bars and restaurants. Also within walking distance of Acropolis, Plaka etc. Also super close to Philopappos Hill for amazing views of Acropolis, especially at sunrise and sunset after a beautiful 20-30 min hike up to the top. Our other favourite thing was the lovely, huge balcony with plants, loads of room for four people to sit out. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean, and there are condiments etc available if you are going to prepare food; all the basics and more are supplied. Decent shower and plenty of hot water. There is a wonderful local fruit and veg market on Friday mornings. We would definitely stay again, good value for money and great for a family.
−There is a wonderful local fruit and veg market in the street below on Friday mornings; however, please note, the traders do start setting up VERY early i.e. about 4am, so just make sure you get an early night if you are going to get your sleep in!

“Ár - érték arányban nagyon jó.”
+Minden (!) igényt kielégítő a felszereltség, a lakás tiszta, tágas, kényelmes. A tömegközlekedés 10 perc séta, a környék biztonságos, a szállás utcája nyugodt. A szállásadó nagyon segítőkész és kedves.
−A füstjelző nagyon hangos és éjjel-nappal sípol. Elsőre ijesztő volt, de meg lehet szokni. Melegvíz csak akkor van, ha bekapcsolod a vízmelegítőt, erre figyelni kell! A teljes felszereltség, ami pozitívum is, egyben furcsa is. Ez egy komplett lakás (vélhetően hagyaték) és a korábbi lakó személyes dolgai vannak ott. Nem csak a komplett konyha a szekrényekben és fiókokban , de a ruhái is….. ez kicsit bizarr.

+Everything is great, there are air conditioners in the rooms and we like the balcony so much as well. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The location is good as well.

“מאוד אוהבים את אתונה ואת יוון בכלל.”
+מרפסת נהדרת משותפת ל 2 החדרים
−מיאה מאוד לא נוחה באחד החדרים. ריהוט, ספות לא נוחות לישיבה בסלון. טלוויזיה ללא שום ערוץ סטרימינג מוכר נטפליקס אפל וכו. גם ללא יוטיוב. היתה הפסקת מים ארוה( שירותים ללא מים!! ללא מקלחת בחום והלחות של אתונה, ) התשובה שקיבלנו מהבעלים היתה תקנו שישיות מים. אנחנו לא יודעים כמה זמן זה יימשך. בסופו של דבר זה ארך שעות ארוכות ולא ימים אבל התשובה של הבעלים היממה אותנו. לאחר מכן היו הפסקות חשמל בשכונה. אחת אחרי השניה. מספר שעות. לא נעים. הייתי מצפה מבעלים שכל הנראה יש לו עוד מקומות אירוח באתונה שיציע לנו לעבור למקום אחר מיד בהתחלת הפסקת המים כשאיש לא ידע כמה זמן תארך. זה אומנם בעיה של העיריה אבל הציפיה שלנו היתה לטיפול שונה לחלוטין.

+לא ראינו את בעל הדירה אבל הוא מאוד זמין להודעות. שכונה מאוד שקטה עם סופר קרוב מאוד. מרווחת, נקייה ויש בה כל מה שצריך לחופשה (כלי מטבח, תנור, כיריים) ואפילו השאירו לנו שישיית מים ושוקולדים
−חם מאוד בסלון והמאוורר מתקשה לקרר את החדר.. כדאי לשקול הוספת מזגן בסלון. טיפה מרוחקת מהמרכז אבל זה משהו שלקחנו בחשבון כדי להמנע מהמולת העיר
