“I feel very disappointed as my son lives in Pulheim and I would have used the apartment again.”
−When I arrived in Pulheim I called the owner. I was told I needed to speak German he did not speak English. He got very angry and put phone down. I panicked that I had paid for a bogus apartment. He called 30 minutes later and gave me a number to call as someone spoke English. He told me how to enter property and sent pin. The pin did not work into apartment he had to come and change the pin to the one he sent. There were no towels. I called the number and nobody answered.
