+Best vacation ever! We will definitely be back next year. We love Skiathos and the location of Kolios View hotel was perfect for us. Upon our arrival, we received warm welcome from the reception lady, keys and big complimentary bottle of water each, which was very thoughtful. Despite being the lunch time our rooms were ready and we didn't have to wait for the rooms at all, such a pleasant surprise! Even more, Mrs. Argiro came with her car and helped us with our luggage up the hill to the top building which was very kind of her. We felt really appreciated and well taken care of. We had two beautiful rooms, really spacious, clean, lots of storage, big shower, small kitchenette equipped with basic utensils. My mother appreciated the electric kettle to make her morning coffee. The view from the balcony was really beautiful. We liked the surroundings, lots of fruit trees everywhere and overall nature. Breakfast was served next to the reception and the swimming pool, such a treat to eat your breakfast with a nice view everyday, miss those. We had two options to choose from, but always went for the bread roll with ham and cheese, butter, jam, piece of fruit (usually red melon or honeydew)
−The steep hill was something to get used to, but the location, friendly staff, beautiful rooms and the view are well worth it.

“Splendida vacanza”
+Lo studio ha una posizione fantastica con vista sul golfo immersa nel verde e molto silenziosa, vicina a splendide spiagge e vicina a Skiathos city, personale molto disponibile e gentile; comodo anche per noleggio scooter e servizi. Molto soddisfatta di questa vacanza...io e mio marito pensiamo di ritornare la prossima estate! Lo consiglio assolutamente si!!!

+Tutto. Staff gentilissimo e cordiale, stanze ampie e pulite, bellissima tutta la struttura, balconcino molto carino con tavolo e sedie. Signore delle pulizie cordialissime.

“wirklich tolle Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Personal”
+waren schon 2023 dort, haben wieder die gleiche Unterkunft gebucht weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben - dieses Jahr natürlich immer noch spitze :)
−Frühstück ist sehr gut und sie gehen auch auf persönliche Wünsche und Präferenzen ein - allerdings wird am Sonntag aktuell wegen Personalmangel kein Frühstück angeboten (weiß ich nicht ob das im Preis berücksichtig wird, aber wir haben auch nicht nachgefragt um ehrlich zu sein)

+Il personale molto gentile, il servizio molto efficiente, la view meravigliosa, la colazione ricca e la posizione ottima sia per le spiagge che per la città di Skiathos e anche lo stesso paesino Kolios ha un piccolo centro con diversi ristorantini
−Avrei preferito che la piscina fosse pulita più regolarmente

+Raňajky základné, ale nevadilo nám to. Výhľad z izby úplne top, Vždy všetko krásne čisté, ubytovatelia milí, ochotní, posteľ pohodlná. Na pláž aj k autobusovej zastávke bolo blízko, po okolí boli tiež blízko reštaurácie, malý obchodík. Celkovo sme boli veľmi spokojní.
−Všetko zodpovedalo úrovni ubytovania, takže nemôžeme povedať, že sa nám niečo nepáčilo. Možno doplniť lepšiu vývrtku na víno :-)
