+What a great place to stay, exceptional service from host Sam, met and satisfied all my requirements, property was secluded but very central in Ypres, parking was not far across the road, highly recommended, and happy to stay again if I get the chance. 10/10.

“Incredible location, facilities and hosts! A brilliant place to stay in Ypres. Just wonderful!!”
+Everything was fabulous! The open plan, the modern fit out, the location especially! The bedroom and bathroom are both spacious and well appointed. The kitchen facilities are top notch. The outdoor areas flow from the dining room . What an absolute gem!
−The only thing was no toilet upstairs. It really wasn’t a big deal to us.

“A brilliant place that is very central and worth more than we paid”
+The property was right in the centre, very quite and private with a great court yard. Soon to have a jacuzzi installed. The seperate house was located at the back of the units, very modern and clean. The quality of the unit, furniture and luxury items like coffee pods, different varieties of teas, large supplies of cleaning products, including dishwasher detergent, bathroom personal care products. Sam the owner has ticked every box to ensure a five star quality stay. Sam was there to show us around and recommend local activities and restaurants. Very short walk to the Menin Gates.

“Great condo in the center of everyting Ypres as to offer. You will not be disappointed if you are luck it is available”
+If you are looking for a prefect place to stay in Ypres, then you can stop searching. This condo is perfect. It is bright, modern and comfortable with everything you need, and it is in the middle of everything . Just walk out the door and all the sites are a few meters away. You are right in the square but yet it is very quiet at night. Comfortable bed and linens. Kitchen is fully set up for cooking. A beautiful courtyard to sit out side with complete privacy. Numerous restaurants all at your front door. And a five minute walk to witness the last post, which we did every night. Honestly, You won’t find a better place to stay. The owner Sam is very gracious, and was so helpful. You can tell he cares about his place.
−There was nothing we did not like. Some comments are made about the toilet being downstairs. A minor inconvenience in our opinion as this place is perfect.
