“Spacious, quiet, well-located and comfortable stay in Klaipeda”
+The apartment is in a great location, close to both the train station and the central bus terminal, and only about a 20‑minute walk to the historic old town. There is also a bus stop nearby with direct connections to the northern seaside coast and Palanga. Several shopping options, from small convenience stores to larger supermarkets, are within a short walking distance. Despite being close to the train tracks, the apartment is pleasantly quiet - you only occasionally hear some traffic from the street with open windows. The apartment itself is very spacious; as a family of four, we didn’t even need to use all the rooms. The living room is especially cozy, and the huge TV was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the temperature inside the apartment was always comfortable. The modern furnishings give the flat a fresh look, and the surrounding neighborhood, while not picture‑perfect, is calm and peaceful. We never had any problems with noisy neighbors and would definitely choose this apartment again.
−If we had to find something to complain about - and we really had to try - it would be the bathroom. While the rest of the apartment feels quite modern, the shower and tiles seem to have stayed behind in a slightly older decade. They still do their job, but a little makeover wouldn’t hurt - think of it as a well‑loved classic car that could use a fresh coat of paint. It’s nothing that would ruin your stay, more of a charming reminder that not every corner of life needs to be brand new.

+The apartment is very nice and spacious. The kitchen has been renovated, which is a pleasant surprise compared to the photos.
−Some basic items are missing, such as a clothes airer,matching bedding and a guest book. There is no TV channels which is a shame when you travel with kids.The apartment would benefit from a more thorough cleaning, less clutter, and updated furniture.

“Specious, comfortable fully equipped apartment! Great for family.”
+Great location very close to restaurants, shops, main road, park. The size of the apartment was great. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice old building.
−Need more coat racks. A bit cold during the winter in a few rooms summer time would be great.

−The kitchen wait for renovation. Doshes was from diferent styles, there was all dishes, ehat hoste dont need in their house.

+Просторная свободная квартира -есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха .Паркинг без проблем ,можно рядом найти место. Кухня оснaщена полностью, есть все для удобной готовки. Все понравилось .будем сново здесь остонавливаться .Благодарим хозяев за хороший прием !

“Atostogos Klaipėdoje šeimai”
+Keliavome 3 suaugę ir 2 vaikai. Butas erdvus. Kambariai nepereinami, virtuvė atskirai nuo svetainės. Patiko, kad tikrai daug vietos, lovos minkštos, grindys negirgžda, kambariuose gana gera akustika, nesigirdi triukšmas, vaikai ramiai miegojo. Buvo beveik visko ko reikia, keista kad nėra padorių taurių (buvo keisto stiliaus taurės 2 vnt). Greitai reaguoja į pastabas. Patogus susisiekimas. Jeigu “tamsus kambariukas” nebūtų užrakintas, tai būtų viskas buvę labai gerai, nes patys būtume galėję tinkamai palaikyti higieną, tačiau viliuosi kad šeimininkai į pastabas reaguos, nes norėtume ir kitais metais čia sugrįžti jeigu bus “patogiau” praleisti savaitę :)
−Šeimininkai arba tas kas administruoja šį butą, neatsižvelgia į tai kad jame praleidome savaitę laiko. Butas tikrai didelis, tačiau “tamsus kambariukas” užrakintas. Iš pradžių neveikė kavos aparatas, tačiau greitai jį pakeitė nauju, paskui pritrūkome skalbinių džiovyklos, tačiau paprašius - ją gavome. Galop atsibodo rašyt ir prašyti, tai “prisitaikėme”. Nėra jokio palikto siurblio, kad grįžus nuo jūros greičiau susitvarkyt iškritusį smėlį. Ant viso didelio buto palikta tik maža šluotelė. Nėra jokių valymo priemonių higienai palaikyti, net skalbimo miltelių teko patiems pirktis. Galimai per skubėjimą butas buvo tvarkingas tik iš pažiūros. Kas tvarkosi, turėtų išplauti ir po lovomis, nes ten tikrai seniai kas buvo, ant spintelės svetainėje palikta matyt prieš tai buvusių gyventojų duonos likučiai, stalčiai irgi nevalyti, tokios smulkmenos keliaujant su vaikais nekelia didelio pasitikėjimo.
