+Place was easy to reach TV was modern and functional They should offer laundry equipment
−We travelled in two families and booked two apartments. Both were infested wit cockroaches. In total we killed 12 in our two days stay. Clearly a case of infestation without any minimum control. I´m from a tropical country too. I know how to handle this kind of problem and recognize clearly when there is no proper care. Besides that the bedroom didn’t have any blackout curtain, blankets were dirty and stained, there is no parking space, pool was quite dirt also, unattended garbage was laying in common areas of the building.

+I recently stayed at this property while on vacation at Tulum. I was very pleased with the room since it has 2 beds and kitchenette. It is located within 40 mins from the Tulum airport and within 15 mins from beaches and Tulum Center. I recommend you try this hotel if you need a place to stay while vacationing in Tulum.

+Location of the actual condo is in the middle of the "jungle". You will need the car if you are to stay here, as beach is about 7 to 8 km. Over all place was nice, pool was dirty.

“Great place, I did not want to leave”
+This is a lovely spacious apartment, modern and I felt very relaxed. There was an outdoor area with lounge and hammock. Inside the cooking facilities were good. Plenty of towels and excellent air conditioning and fans. The bathroom was also lovely with a view of a nice green garden. The apartment was fairly close to the main centre, shops were fairly close as well. There are 2 big TVs in the apartment also.
−When you return to the apartment after being out for the day, there is a musty smell as you enter the apartment. Usually once the airconditioner is on, the smell dissipates; it seems to come from the pantry area which does not have enough ventilation, despite breather holes in the door. I would recommend 1 small saucepan to boil eggs, or heat milk or small meals.

+The property was nice overall a great place to stay. We traveled with family and our kods enjoyed the second bedroom & good wifi. The pool could have used some cleaning but it was still a nice area to enjoy.
