“Fell short of expectations”
+The place is at a nice location. The sauna is a nice addon. Heating worked okay enough, although we did have to use the a/c. There was a good enough TV
−We unfortunately did not get to a good start. Main reason I booked the property was to stay at a place with a hot tub in the valentine's day weekend. Intiially, the host told me the hot tub is "not available due to minus degrees weather". This was not mentioned anywhere. When I pressed the issue, they told me it would be too difficult due to some frozen stuff, but then they proceeded to ask for extra 30 euros for the hot tub, which again, was not mentioned anywhere despite the host's claims. I was still going to pay, but after arrival, I noticed the tap water had a horrible smell and would leave an oily residue on the skin after shower. I decided it is not a good idea to use the hot tub in that case and skipped it. Other issues were the sauna taking forever to heat up (I believe the heater is not powerful enough for the size of the sauna), uncomfortable beds, and lots of dead bugs being around. Overall I was not happy with the experience, especially at that price.

“Exceptional”
+We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cottage! Everything was great, though the weather wasn't quite on our side. :) The only thing we missed was a microwave, as it's a bit tricky to heat dishes that need to be placed on a plate using an air fryer. The children's play area was excellent, providing plenty of entertainment for the little ones. It might be worth considering adding a railing on the second floor to enhance safety. The cottage itself is very cozy, and despite the owners' house being nearby, it did not affect our privacy at all. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would definitely recommend it!

“Superb”
+Nice little house with everything you need. Great sauna and hot tub.
−The house is very close to the host’s house (about 10m) and although threre was no problem with it, you are basically in somebody’s backyard

+Замечательное, уютное место, куда хочется возвращаться!Прекрасный дом отдыха в окружении живописной природы. Всё продумано до мельчайших деталей для полноценного релакса. Внутри тепло, чисто и очень уютно. Сауна и джакузи работают безупречно! Большое спасибо хозяевам за радушный прием и эстонское гостеприимство. Идеальный вариант для тех, кто хочет перезагрузиться телом и душой. Рекомендую!

+Puhas ja hubane maja, mugav oli autoga igale poole käia, kõik tähtsamad kohad oli 10-15 min kaugusel
−Nuga majas vajab teritamist(ei saanud isegi tomatid lõigata), üleval võiks olla väike piir(juhul kui maja rendib pere lapsega, teine korrus suht ohtlik)

−На втором этаже мне не хватило поручень или "островок" безопасности, поэтому я не стала туда подниматься.

+Ilus uus maja, abivalmis ja kättesaadav omanik. Terrass, grill ja saun on väga mõnusad, 5/5.
−Trepp on järsk, võiks olla piirded millest alla ronides kinni hoida. Föönist tundsime puudust. Ka väike maja juhend võiks olla sauna, kõlari jne kasutamiseks.
