“Comfortabel clean conveniently located”
+Very spacious clean appartment!They thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. I was very happy with the super reliable and fast wifi thanks to a Starlink set-up. There was a comfortable working-from-home environment. The car could be parked right outside the appartment. The location is perfectly located on a wide sandy beach! In the night it is peaceful and good good for sleeping.

−Access to Kalyves for anyone arriving without a car. It wasn’t an issue for us, but might be for someone with mobility issues.

+The place is very well equipped, and the flat is very clean and modern, and there's a lot of attention to details that make the stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect with a family restaurant next door which makes for a lazy, relaxed and convenient vacation. The beach front is 40 or so meters away (~100 feet), and the beach is perfect. There's a supermarket walking distance and a few othe restaurant and coctail bars in the vecinity. The owner is very friendly and accomodating, and so are the people in the restaurant next door (wchich is part of the same family) I loved every moment there. There's two AC units in the flat which makes it very comfortable for the scorching months of summer in the south of Europe.
−From time to time there's a bit of noise coming from the shop next door, but it's not really a big deal, I'm only writing it here cause it's just asking for it, it didn't really bother us throughout the stay.

“Ayant été dans 9 logements différents dans 23 jours , ce fut notre préféré”
+Niko’s est vraiment pro actif et serviable ainsi que sa mère qui est vraiment gentille. Logement moderne et très propre avec toute les commodités, stationnement privé, plage à deux pas ainsi qu’opérateur cantine.

+Wszystko :) już od początku pobytu i powitalnego poczęstunku byliśmy każdego dnia zaskakiwani zarówno przez sam apartament jak i Jego właściciela Nikosa. Zadbał o każdy szczegół. Było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, a standard samego apartamentu był ponad zadowalający. Dodatkowo dał nam plażowy parasol, zaprosił na piwo, spędził z nami i swoją Dziewczyną miły wieczór.

“Super Wohnung extrem nette Vermieter”
+Die Sauberkeit. Die nette hilfsbereite Mutter und auch der Chef. Wir wurden super nett aufgenommen und man hat unsere Wünsche sofort erfüllt. Auch die Terrasse ist Mega schön
−Das das Restaurant direkt angebaut ist und dadurch viel Lärm gemacht wird. Auch dass die Parkplätze die zu den Wohnungen gehören einfach von fremden zugeparkt wurden. Wir hatten keinen Parkplatz als wir angekommen sind. Und das ist wenn man neu anreist echt mies. Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine Verdunkelung für das Dachfester im Schlafzimmer.

+L'appartamento è molto comodo, fornito di tutto, curato in ogni dettaglio e pulito in modo impeccabile; il letto è davvero confortevole. La posizione è fantastica, ad un passo dalla spiaggia, accanto ad un'ottima taverna e ad un bar che fa un caffè buonissimo ed offre lettini ed ombrellone. Il padrone di casa è una persona squisita e molto attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti.

“Ruhig und erholsam.”
+Das Apartment war hervorragend, neu, modern, gut ausgestattet (alles war wie in der Beschreibung, Bildern), sehr sauber, ruhig, alle Fenster waren mit Mückennetzen ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem, obwohl im Schlafzimmer nur eine Dachlücke vorhanden war, war es gar kein Problem. Strand ca. 30m entfernt. Die Taverne nebenan, gehört auch der Familie, mit typischen griechischen Gerichten ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!
