+Very friendly stuff, good and beautiful place
−Some essential things were missing, but nothing major. Also the beds could have been a bit more comfortable :)

“If you prefer to stay away from touristy places and plan to cater to yourself, this place is perfect”
+Well equipped full home at roughly the price of a small 2-room apartment. Plenty of private space for a family of 5 Properly working modern air conditioner in each bedroom Remote village that is not touristy at all, yet close to all main attractions and the best beaches The terrace has a cool breeze most of the day even if there is a big heat
−The owner forgot to send us the keylock code in time - not a big deal really, just waiting 40 mins after a long trip was a bit inconvenient. He made up for this helping us very quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment a few days later. The kitchen far more convenient for cooking than most places we have been to in Kefalonia, but some extra utensils / tools would help making it even better.

+Remote quiet location with easy acces to Assos, Myrtos beach etc. Friendly host and well equipped house with ACs, basically in each bedroom.

“Very comfortable stay with beautiful surroundings”
+It is a very well-maintained property with all the necessary amenities. The rooms are spacious and equipped with air conditioning that provides effective cooling. The property was professionally cleaned and was spotless upon arrival. Both the house and the outdoor area are very pleasant. There is a small, beautifully maintained garden and a stunning view. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. I found it to be excellent value for money for three people using three separate rooms. I would definitely recommend it.
−One issue, which to be fair is quite common in rental properties in Greece, is that the bathroom can easily flood during a shower. As there is no full shower enclosure and limited drainage for splashed water, some care is needed when showering. In addition, the shower holder is broken, so the shower head must be held by hand. I also found the broadband internet connection to be quite slow and ended up using the mobile network most of the time instead. The TV is somewhat outdated and does not provide access to streaming platforms such as Netflix or Amazon Prime Video.

“Excellent stay overall, totally recommended for large groups or family!”
+The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful village , perfect for big groups or family. Beautiful view, large terrace, super clean and more than well equipped house!
−Maybe a better fridge would be nice. The one present is good, but it struggles when you put too many things inside.

“Excellent vacation”
+We had a really good time. The place has everything you need. Nice yard, beautiful view. Spiros helps with everything. There were also welcome gifts as well as a special gift for our little daughter. Street parking but space is always available. This is our second time here and we would definitely visit again.
−Only one bathroom.

“Heaven”
+Was a little bit sceptical because never used booking.com before but this place was just what we needed, met the owner at the property and he was lovely and polite, he showed us around and we were amazed how big the property was, it was also extremely clean, property is set in a very small village with great views and only the sound of goat bells to listen too, true true bliss 💕💕

“Superb”
+The scenery and sunsets and bird life locally were wonderful and very peaceful in this setting up in the hills. Local beaches were beautiful but stony take water shoes. The owner was very helpful and left us some food and drink for our arrival which was welcoming.
−Some local building work taking place was noisy at times. As it was a rural location there was only one small local shop for basics, which if walking was half hour or around 20 minutes drive or a good half hours drive along very scenic coastline to get to Argostoli the main town. Unfortunately the bridge accessing the north side and Fiskardo was "broken" so access was only by going southbound then eastwards then up north.
