8.0“Lovely stay in a great part of the city.”
+Quirky apartment in an historical building. Well equipped. Warm and comfortable. Excellent location in the city center.
−Lack of parking…but this was to be expected in the historic area of the city.

7.0“Keeley house.”
+It was clean, hot.and strong shower, coffee maker. Excellent location for town.
−I felt photos didnt make clear that it was a single space i was booking. Searched for accommodation for three and this returned. Photos appeared to show a seperate living space not bed, sofa bed and kitchenette all in one space. Also not clear from listing to me anyway that there was no fully equipped kitchen.

8.0“Great location with character”
+The apartment has character and style, and while it was only a single room, it was very spacious. There were two bathrooms! The bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen is unique and a little awkward to use, but provided a lot of stuff in a small space; you won't be making a fancy meal in it, but for simple meals, it worked well. The location is fantastic, being on a narrow historic street and very close to the high street, historic sights, and a couple of supermarkets. We didn't test the Internet speed but it was plenty fast for streaming.
−The dinner table was small, so was a bit cramped for two people to work at laptops. The host was responsive at checkin, but when we had a problem with the sink clog later that night, she didn't respond to our message until the next afternoon, at which point it was too late to fix. She did apologize when we ran into her at checkout time, but it was still annoying.

10.0“Great value central en-suite room with kitchen facilities”
+Small but thoughtfully arranged central room with kitchen facilities, large TV, good WiFi and en-suite bathroom. The bed was comfy and there was a coffee machine. Security seemed good and the instructions to get in were clearly explained. Right in the centre, just of Fore St and a 20min walk to St David’s station. Close also to the vibrant Quay area and lots of eclectic shops down Fore St, including the excellent Sacred Grounds which is plant based plus has gluten free options. Good communication with the host (we were able to check in slightly early) and a great value central location.
−Small but perfect for our two night stay. Quite an early 10am check out but fine for us.

9.0+It's a lovely small house with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Location is great. I would stay here again.
−Wifi was unreliable. Kept dropping out. Sometimes noise from the street. These were very minor issues compared to all the positive things.
