+Had to get in touch with the people at the restaurant to understand how to get the keys to the property. Overall the property is fine, very close to the church and good view of Kazbegi. Parking spot was provided inside the property.
−Washroom is too small and the smallest wash basin that I saw on my trip. There is no separate sink for washing utensils in case you are using the kitchen for cooking, one needs to manage the utensil cleaning in the washroom itself. The exhaust fan in the washroom needs repair and the shower light was flickering - needs repair.

“Great setting but improvements needed”
+Stunning views out over the mountains outside of the busy town centre. The host was brilliant, very kind and responsive.
−Unfortunately the cabin is next to a very popular restaurant and so you are subjected to a constant stream of people staring in the windows of the cabin, smoking directly in front of it, taking photos of the cabin and generally standing around chatting. The music from the restaurant can be heard in the cabin and the noise can wake you up in the morning / keep you up at night. Much of the issue could be resolved with signage or a garden fence around the cabin to mark it as separate. Sadly though we felt we had no privacy, which was a shame when you choose such a rural location to stay. It would be nice to have outdoor seating that is distinct too - the restaurant guests sat in the chairs outside the cabins.

“Best views and food in all Georgia”
+The cabin had the most amazing view and is really convenient for climbing to the Gergeti church. It was cosy and comfortable with basic self-catering facilities. The restaurant next door, Maisi, was the best place we ate at in Georgia. It does serve breakfast as well as dinner though we didn’t try breakfast. Booking is advisable for dinner in the summer.
−Families with children should be aware that the second bedroom is a mezzanine bedroom up a staircase that is closer to a ladder. As a result it is best suited to families with older children.

“If you have other options there is better value for this money BUT visit the restaurant near!”
+The place does have a very nice restaurant right at the territory. Also it has beautiful views
−Overall the place was ok BUT There is no ac and the construction is done in a way, that it accumulates all the sun, therefore it is very hot during the day in the summer. The property is absolutely overpriced. The toilet was dirty as well as the shower and the blanket on the bed had a stain. Also, we were traveling with a dog and the workers there started pouring hot concrete on the driveway near the house, and there was no way to get to the house by car at that time. We were not informed and had to carry the dog so he won’t damage his paws. And the last thing was that the host answered our first phone call when we couldn’t find the house, but didn’t pick up our following calls.

+The view it’s was stunning the rooms were lovely too . The outdoor fire pit was the best
−The noise from a generator or something like that near my bedroom . Also the outdoor lights couldn’t stop them shining through my bedroom window

“Tolle Lage, tolle Hütte, Gutes Essen - perfekt für uns!”
+Grandiose Lage, ausgestattet mit allem Nötigen und mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Das Restaurant Maisi nebenan war außergewöhnlich und jeden Lari wert.
−Naturgemäß etwas hellhörig und nicht einfach abzukühlen für die unter dem Dach schlafenden - sonst perfekt.
