+We have spent 3 days in serifos. The apartment was perfect, location, cleanliness. During our stay, they offered us and extra clean if we need. Our host is very welcoming and friendly. Very recomendable.

“Best hospitality. Thank you so much- I’ll be back!”
+A great location and really cute, with everything you need. Andreas was the most incredible host which made my life so so much easier especially as I was on my own. He very kindly picked me up and dropped me off to the port and helped me with my (very heavy) luggage. I also lucked out and managed to book this place as he had a last minute cancellation (decided last minute to go to Serifos for a night, from Milos as pushed my flight home back by a day) and this was the only accommodation available but I hugely lucked out! Due to the cancellation, the room also wasn’t booked the next day so he very very kindly let me have it for the day until my ferry back to Athens, which allowed me to spend the day exploring and not worrying about my luggage. Also meant I got to have a shower after walking to Paralia Psilli (very beautiful beach), the port and back up to Chora! The house is in the perfect location in Chora, super close to the square, so a great base from which to explore. It is actually pretty quick and easy to walk down to the port and beaches and if you’re fit it’s not too hard to walk back up again. If I had longer I’d take a car but parking seems to be a nightmare. It is all co
−Nothing really. You can’t park outside and it’s a few minutes walk from the car park up cobbled streets but that’s the same for any of these places. It felt like living like a local.

“Great stay, very helpful host”
+Location in Chora.. easy walk to restaurants. Very responsive owner. Though he was not on the island he was very good with Whatsapp communication. Reached out to me before my arrival. Responded to my questions on car rental and gave me info on it as well. Gave me suggestions on beaches, things to do, restaurants. He checked in on me through my stay. I would stay again!
−Everything was really atleast adequate. If I have to think of a negative- The rooms are not cleaned daily. I didnt realize that it wouldnt be, so on my second day when I returned from the beach I was surprised that it wasnt cleaned. The owner did reach out to me the next day and asked if I wanted it cleaned. I said yes and it was promptly cleaned while I was out. I was staying on my own, so it wasnt a big deal anyway. If you are a few people staying, might be worthwhile establishing this early, so you know what to expect.

“Fantastic little Cycladic house in Serifos Chora”
+The location of this place is fantastic, so tranquil and wonderful view over the island and the sea beyond. The host is exceptional, very helpful and kind. I wish we had stayed longer - much longer. You could really spend a week or more just totally unwinding here, taking your meals on the little terrace and enjoying the silence. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would recommend it to anyone!
−I think there are a few tiny things that could make this place even better. Firstly, a few basic items could be provided, such as shower gel, salt, cooking oil, sugar - there is a kitchen but needing to buy those kinds of staples makes it a bit prohibitive to use. I think also the lights are all rather bright and it might be nice to have for example a smaller and softer lamp on the bedside table (just a personal suggestion - but as it is all painted white and the lights are very bright I found it a bit much at night). You might also like to provide some basic (i.e. non-white!) towels that people can take to the beach. I also thought there should be a sign above the toilet reminding people not to flush paper - as I live in Greece I know this, but other visitors might not and this could cause problems.

“Exceptional”
+Perfect little place, right in the stunning town with great views, yet also on a quiet little street away from the crowds. The host was extremely kind, checking in with us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed and giving good advice on best beaches. The place has just been renovated and was spotless- very clean indeed.

+My wife and I made an impromptu stop in Serifos. We put out 30+ calls to local hotels and accomodations and to our surprise, none of them had any availability for the night. We luckily found Andreas and his listing due to a last minute cancellation. We booked it online, and within 10 minutes, Andreas met us at the port to take us up to his studio in Chora. It's a beautiful drive leading up to it, nestled right on the side of the hill overlooking the ocean. The home has been recently renovated, very clean, and very well decorated. The following morning, Andreas picked us up with fresh coffee and brought us down to the port. From thinking we had no place to stay on the island, to being treated like first class b Andreas, we couldn't recommend him enough. Thank you sir and if we come back to Greece, you will be the first person to call!!!

+Very close to the center of Chora (2 min on foot, which is phenomenal comparatively speaking). Nice view from the windows and balcony. The interior is brand new and very practical.
