“Comfortable apartment in an excellent location to explore Seville from the front door.”
+Excellent location; comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers. Comfortable bed and bedding (except pillows which were very hard). Good checkin procedure and explanation of use of keys. Good communication before and throughout the stay. Kitchen well equipped with a good sized fridge, with an ice tray which was an added bonus. Secure location with safe entry.
−Some noise from surrounding apartments, particularly one night when there was quite a lot of shouting and singing from one of the apartments above the bedroom.

−Could have done with extra towels or a change of towels Wish there was cooking oil or a little coffee rather than buying for 4 days and leaving it behind

“Many points for improvement”
++ The location is perfect: central, within a short walking distance from shops, cafes and bus stop (also the bus from the airport) and relatively close to the sightseeing spots (around 20-40 min walking to Alcázar and Maria Louisa park) + Decor and furniture look pretty and modern, the spaces are more or less clean, there is enough room for clothes, very beautiful entrance halls in the building which are safely locked
−, Communication was super chaotic and caused unnecessary stress. As requested, I sent them my arrival time and flight details more than a week in advance, but 2 managers kept ignoring it and asking again. The last time was when I was already in the plane, so I had to agree to their last minute time suggestion and hurry from the airport, and even then they didn’t wait at the door , I had to text them and wait with my suitcases in the street. It’s disrespectful and unprofessional. Worse of all, they don’t come for check out and told me to leave the keys inside and shut the door, but to leave the building you need the keys to one of the front doors (that door is far away from the apartment and closes automatically so you cannot hold it while leaving the key). In a hurry to the airport, I haven’t thought of that so I had to search for an awake neighbor at 7 am to let me out cos after leaving the keys I was locked in and the manager ignored all my messages and calls! , The bathroom sink was flooding so badly I had to use the kitchen sink instead. They fixed it after I texted, but I had to spend time sorting this when such things must be fixed during cleaning before my arrival. , The bed

+Very well equipped and cosy place.Really well designed with private outdoor area. Central location that was easy to reach from Airport by bus. Central to many bars and shops yet very quiet . Appreciated the generous welcome pack .

“Prima als je enkel het appartement gebruikt om te slapen/douche tijdens een stedentrip”
+- De ligging was perfect alles is op loop / fiets afstand te bereiken. - Fijne buurt met ontbijt tentje tegenover. - Station dichtbij voor de bus van en naar airport. - Genoeg servies - Aan een drukke straat, maar in huis geen last van.
−Het appartement lijkt schoon, maar als je goed kijkt was dit niet het geval. - Douche had schimmel - Sporen van vorige bezoekers - Bed en kussens lagen niet goed - Geen olijfolie en peper
