“Very unpleasant and unhappy stay. Would not use this again”
+Convenient location
−On arrival, it came as a shock that I had to carry my heavy luggage up a flight of steps 5 floors up. At my age, I found that a "back-braking: experience. Even worse on check, I had to struggle with a heavier baggage down 5 floors of narrow stairways. Public parking was limited and had to park quite far away from the accommodation and struggle with the luggage to and from the accommodation. The parking was not cheap either. The bathroom is a "disaster waiting to happen". It had a deep bathtub with no shower curtain. Thus soapy water will splash outside the tub and pose a dangerous slippery step out from the bathtub. There was no proper shelves for putting the bath essentials and they were on the floor outside the tub. This again posed a safety hazard. There were no towel racks in the bathroom, thus the towels were outside the bathroom. There was only one bath towel. (This fell on the floor on the first instance). We dare not use it after that. There was no proper floor towels to step out of the bath tub. Plenty of hand towels were available. (This is what we ended up using). The ventilator was not functioning, thus had to leave the bathroom door open. The water pressure was not goo

“Cheap but still don't worth the money”
−1. The building the BnB in is poorly maintained. I felt like living in a squatter area throughout the stay. 2. The house is also poorly maintained and managed. The TV was totally unusable unless you read Japanese and have an Amazon Prime account. Don't expect to make a decent meal with the kitchen. There were only a small pot, a few forks and spoons. No chopsticks, no knives. Cooking instant noodles was the only possible thing I could think of. Please, replace the curtains and the mattresses. 3. Inside the house, I saw a cockroach running around. 4. When I entered the room, I saw baggage of other guests there. When I informed the host, he / she just asked me to move it out to the corridor. That made me wonder if he / she cared about the safety of his / her guests' belongings. 5. Please fix the ventilator. People can peep into the house through it.

“Great stay for travelers with limited luggages. The rooms layout is superb.”
+All the amenities were present, which is a huge plus. It gives a very "home" and spacious feel as all the rooms are connected coherently.
−There is no elevator so climbing the stairs can be a hassle, especially with luggages. One bed has a memory foam topper while the other does not. I guess you can choose between the two to sleep on, but it could be nice to have the option on both and remove if necessary.

“Studio calme et avec un très bon rapport qualité / prix”
+Nous avons apprécié la petite cuisine pour pouvoir se faire à manger les soirs, la machine à laver et la terrasse extérieure où nous pouvions profiter des soirées.
