“Great value”
+Great and clean interior, for the price its incredible, 2 stations within 5 minutes of walking.
−Haginochaya/Naniwa is not the nicest neighborhood (for Japanese standards) but I didn't mind

+The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay.
−The apartment itself is very comfortable, clean, and cozy. However, communication with the host was disappointing. I contacted the host in advance to ask if I could leave my luggage before check-in, explaining that I had arrived in Osaka early and could not go anywhere with so much luggage. Unfortunately, I never received a response to my question. Instead, I only received automated emails with technical instructions about accessing the apartment and keeping it in good condition. The lack of communication was frustrating, especially as I was arriving early with heavy luggage. Better communication and a more responsive host would have made the experience much better.

“Great place to stay in Osaka”
+Good room Clean and well equipped We used the kitchen to cook our meals . Grocery shop and restaurants are a short walk away. Train stations are close and walkable . Great projector to use for beaming your movies and other content. Good commode 😬 Attentive hosts and good communication. Key is located on the floor near the room, not in the ground floor closet . Took us a few moments to figure it out, but once we did, everything was smooth. Building staircase can be better weather proofed as water seeps into the staircase when it rains.

+Very nice space, we enjoyed it. The only thing I would change is the bed moving, when we sleep and we turn, the bed move with us. Other than that, was very clean, very organised.

+The apartment was very clean and cozy, and we had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great. Whenever we needed anything, she responded immediately and was willing to help. The accommodation is a short walk from the subway.
−The apartment is in an area with some strange people. Finding the keys could have been easier. Unfortunately, the walls were very thin, and we could hear a lot of footsteps. The bed on wheels wasn’t very practical, and the lamps wouldn’t turn on.
