+Amazing for people who want a private pool, or large rooms. Nice if you want a kitchen as well.

“Romantic stay”
+Location
−Nice 1 bedroom with a kitchenette and a private pool. Location is great, a 10 minute walk to town (just be aware of Ubud streets and watch where you walk). Breakfast was good but most mornings it was just barely warm. We loved our stay but there are a few things i think you need to know: 1. There are a couple of roosters in the area and they continue sometimes through the night or start from like 4 in the morning. 2. There are about 2 to 3 frogs that we counted that come out at night and also make noise. 3. Same goes for the lizard and the gekko. 4. The door to the pool does not shut properly so there is about a 2 to 5 cm gap so you can hear all the little creatures. 5. The airconditioning makes a lot of noise aswell. 6. There are no stairs in the pool. I am quite short and chonky so I had a bit of trouble getting out. 7. Communication goes mostly through WhatsApp. Staff in de morning do not speak a word of English. 8. There is no TV in the bedroom, only in the kitchen outside.

+Loved the location. Checkin was smooth. Place was clean. Pool was good depth. Cute dogs at the property. Hosts were very polite. Breakfast was good. Location is the greatest
−Only mirrors in the bathroom, no mirror outside the bathroom. Limited utensils in the kitchen (no plates). Mattress was a little uncomfortable (worn out springs)

“Beautiful Villa”
+Beautiful little villa in Ubud, very private and romantic. The staff helped coordinate shuttles and activities for us. An incredible breakfast each morning - would definitely recommend trying the floating breakfast upgrade one day.
−You don’t get a lot of sun in the pool area

+It was very clean and was in a good location to walk to main road, staff were lovely and respected privacy. Bed were made and place was cleaned almost once a day, while we were out! Thank you so much for everything!
−Could maybe a be a little more clearer on that it’s within a family compound and to just walk in and go to the main entertainment area to check in, not a negative thing at all just to avoid confusion maybe! Really loved our stay!

“This villa was the perfect start to our honeymoon.”
+Loved my stay at this villa! Beautiful private space with lush tropical gardens, breakfast was delicious and the host was so nice and helpful. The location was great for me, it was quiet in the villa and a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Ubud. But many local restaurants, spas and convenience stores are just down the road too.
−Loved it all and would love to stay again.

“Relaxing and peaceful”
+Breakfast each day was fresh and delicious. Hosts were super lovely and friendly. The pool was to die for. A very comfortable place to spend time at. A very peaceful and relaxing environment.
−It was a little bit of a walk to get to the main street, plenty of options for transport though.
