“BEWARE...SCAMMER, FILTHY PLACE...Photos do not remotely Match, damage throughout the property!!”
+Never staying in this filthy worn out property was the very best...
−SCAMMER, TRASH Photos are Fake, this place is awful, exposed electrical, filthy marks on all the walls, visible dirt in the kitchen are, No Privacy Curtains- everyone can see in, floors dirty and damaged you can easily tell this was never cleaned and yet allowed on the platform. I was charged a night and a cleaning fee even though I left....the company that manages it was communicating only on Whatsapp and Email...which Booking will not recognize as valid.....truly disgusting!! BEWARE they are SCAMMMERS- they played games and stopped responding...the goal is to keep you in there....especially traveling, not knowing anyone is the city....truly Sick!!!! Stopping by there Office...!!!

“DO NOT BOOK this excellent located property with a price NOT WORTH THE BED BUG BITES!”
+The location of the apartment is excellent with a park for kids to play directly in front of the apartment and lots of grocery and restaurant options. Highly recommend going to the Italian shop right next to the apartment.
−DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT UNTIL THEY GUARANTEE YOU THE BED BUGS ARE GONE!!!!! I am covered in bed bug bites because I did not check the previous reviews... And when I wrote them about this horrible experience they simply replied with one sentence... "It was done 2 times by professional company and finance department already provided the invoice to Booking.com. What a horrible way to reply and not even offer an apology. Beyond this the property photos they show are not accurate and the furniture is literally falling apart....

“El apartamento tiene chinches”

−В квартире КЛОПЫ, учитывая что у меня аллергия на них, ОТПУСК БЫЛ ИСПОРЧЕН, пришлось все вещи обрабатывать и искать новую квартиру, при этом владелец просто перестал реагировать на сообщения, и естественно никакой компенсации я не получил

“Terribile. Foto non conformi alla realtà”

−Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà, l’appartamento presentava mobilio, pavimenti e arredi fatiscenti rispetto le foto con parecchia polvere sui mobili. Era presente umidità nella camera da letto con tracce di muffa. Il riscaldamento era rotto in camera da letto, ho contattato l’host sia su whatsapp che tramite chat booking ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta; la stanza era fredda, umida e impraticabile. La finestra del soggiorno (dove era presente il secondo letto matrimoniale) era sprovvista di tenda oscurante e pertanto entrava la luce nella stanza all’alba e dal ballatoio del condominio si vedeva l’interno della casa con mancanza di privacy (unica stanza praticata per 4 persone per presenza di muffa, umidità e mancanza di riscaldamento nella camera da letto).

+La ubicacion es muy buena. La calefaccion tambien muy bien ya que el exterior hacia frio y cuando llegabamos de pasear se agradecia.
−Cuando llegamos en el sofa habia una mancha de orina de gato,asi se lo comunicamos al dueño y si es verdad que contesto rapido pero tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros. Habia bastante polvo en los muebles.
