“Great location with aiuthentic experience.”
+As Busan is quite a piece of land the location near several metro lines is ideal. The landlady is very helpfull with mother like attitude and though she cannot speak English she is proficient with translation app and I particularly liked talking to her :)
−The shared restroom for the single room is available through few steps in the yard which is somewhat less comfortable but very authentic, especially if you are interested in everyday life of a Korean family.

“Ideal for Night-Time Rest Only”
+I like the place because was close to the event I need to go in 연제중학교 for a test, and the bed was comfortable and the heat blanket was amazing, and the host seems trying to helpful even not speaking English.
−Didn't have much clear instructions for check-in before arrival, so when I arrived there for a few minutes, went to the supermarket to pass the time because I was 30 minutes earlier than I said that I'd arrive. Had a little problem with the air conditioner so I basically need to wait a bit waiting them to fix, the problem was they was stepping on my bed to fix the air conditioner. And the wi-fi writing on the wall had wrong passport, or at least not written correctly. And was so cold the toilet...

“Good host, safe neighborhood, easy to travel to the main areas.”
+Cute house, in a nice neighborhood, also quite easy access with taxi’s and the subway was on a walking distance.
−It’s not a dislike, but personally i was a bit shy to shower in the common area, so i just went to a bathhouse that was very close by, and because of that i got to experience that as well, which i liked so i wouldn’t say it’s bad, but just a personal thing

“Terrible experience hosted by fraudsters”

−Awful experience. One of the worst in years of using booking com. The place didn't look like the pictures, it was way smaller, not clean. There was a sewage drain right inside the room. Terrible smell, I don't think it's safe to stay here for your health. I said I don't want to check in and asked for cancellation but the host was laughing at me and said that I should leave and he will not refund. What a shame. The owners of this place should be prosecuted. Eventually we just left and they basically stole our money.

“Great stay and we made great memories in busan. Thank you!”
+great location, very well connected and near useful stations like yeonsan and geoje and near the city hall area but still quiet! The facilities were great too, like the AC in the room and laundry facilities.
−A little small, and there were some mosquitoes in the area but other than that, excellent!!

−Restrictions to the water heater usage. only from 9am to 9pm. host mentioned that hot water available only from 9am to 9 pm, which is not practical. any time before 9am will be freezing water. I did not try before 9am to wash up as so obedient to listen to the host. The host mentioned that I should have informed her earlier. If you have set the rules, why tell me that I should have informed you that I want to go out earlier? washing of clothes restricted to morning or afternoon as it will be noisy at night. if we do the washing, then we cannot go out and explore. No toiletries provide, or detergent for laundry. have to spend money to buy. I have booked to stay for 6 nights but have given up 3 nights due to the restrictions and inconvenience. A bit disappointed with the rules and regulations.

+The host was helpful and friendly. The location was quite easy to find.
−The room is not an apartment or villa as described, but a cabin situated in a courtyard. It is rather cramped with little space to put things and nowhere to hang clothes. The small entrance area served as both kitchenette and shower area. The shared toilet adjoined a local's accommodation and could not be locked from the inside to prevent entry from his side.

“Exceptional”
+The house was comfortable, clean, and had a cozy vibe. It’s great value for the price when you consider the location and privacy compared to staying in a hotel or hostel. The hosts live in the house downstairs and were amazing. Super friendly and attentive. One thing to be aware of is that there’s only space for two beds, one large one in the main room and a small mattress on the floor of the other room. If you book for three people, two will have to share the main bed. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to Busan! Easily the best airbnb-style experience I’ve had.

+Wonderful caretaker, friendly and very helpful, Good amount of space for three people.
−Steep stairs, difficult to carry suitcase and especially in the rain. Caretakers gladly assist with luggage . Taxi couldn't find location. Bathroom was a wet room and there was insufficient bench space for clothes and toiletries and inadequate ventilation.
