“Serious vehicle damage during stay”

−My car was severely damaged while parked in the property’s private parking area. The damage was significant enough that the vehicle had to be transported back to Poland by tow truck, which completely ruined our trip. The situation was extremely poorly handled. When reporting the incident to the police, the host even refused to provide her full name, and I had to obtain it through police assistance. I had to cover all repair and transport costs myself. In my experience, this property cannot be considered safe for parking. I am sharing this review to warn other guests who value vehicle safety.

“Odlična izbira za obisk mesta”
+Z bivanjem v apartmaju smo bili zelo zadovoljni. Apartma je bil prijeten, čist in dobro opremljen, zato smo se v njem počutili odlično. Velika prednost je tudi zagotovljeno parkirišče. V bližini se nahaja tramvajska postaja, od koder se lahko v približno 5-10 minutah pripeljete do centra mesta, kar je zelo priročno. Posebej bi pohvalili tudi prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje, ki je poskrbelo, da je bilo naše bivanje še prijetnejše. Z veseljem se bomo še vrnili in apartma priporočamo tudi drugim gostom.
−Edina stvar, ki naju je zmotila, je postelja, saj je bila za dve osebi nekoliko manjša in bi lahko bila udobnejša. Vse ostalo je bilo odlično.

+Uns hat besonders die Ausstattung und die Lage gefallen. Die Ausstattung deshalb, weil sich hier so viel Mühe gegeben wurde, auf kleinen Raum, das Apartment gemütlich einzurichten. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. und die Klimaanlage war natürlich Gold wert. Es liegt geschützt in einem Hinterhof, wodurch man nichts vom Lärm der Straße mitbekommt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wer sein Auto lieber stehen, lässt es so wie wir, kann praktisch im Minutentakt mit der Bahn ins Zentrum von Zagreb fahren. In der Nähe der Unterkunft befindet sich ein super schöner großer Wochenmarkt, der jeden Tag geöffnet hat. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es einige. Ein Konzum befindet sich ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Kleine Cafés und Bäckereien befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Wochenmarkts.

+Mali, ali jako dobro opremljen apartman koji ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Nalazi se u blizini tramvajske stanice, a veliki plus je i vlastito parking mjesto u dvorištu. Vlasnica je izuzetno ljubazna i susretljiva. Sve preporuke!

“Muy bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades”
+Super bien ubicado, a 15min del centro en tranvía, pero en una zona residencial tranquila para descansar. Apartamento completamente renovado y muy limpio. Creo haber leído por ahí que no tienen aire acondicionado y sí tienen.
−El colchón es un poco incómodo. El aparcamiento es interesante, sí que es verdad que hay que maniobrar mucho y parece que el coche no cabe pero caben incluso furgonetas grandes (un vecino suyo, de hecho, la mete en el aparcamiento). Aún así recomiendo tener esto en cuenta a la hora de reservarlo

+Studio petit mais bien agence et bien équipé. Parking assuré. Amabilité de la propriétaire qui a envoyé, son voisin me montrer où était le logement. Tram 12 à proximité qui mène au centre de Zagreb en 5 stations.
−Difficile à trouver car le numéro 72A ne donne pas, sur la, rue ou les numéros passent du 68 au 74!
