“Safe and fair value for money”
+Good safe residential location with on street parking. Access and communication good. Fair facilities, each element in room was provided to make a home from home feel which was thought through.
−Didn’t realise there was a height restriction on the ceiling so if you were over 6ft2” you would really struggle as ceilings low. Pillows very uncomfortable. Couldn’t lock main front door as lock failed, but notified owner.

+The location of the property
−The apartment is not private as described, it's a room in a house. It's like you're staying in other people home, and you don't know who else lives there. Not private, not safe, and the property is old and there is a smell when you enter the house. The bathroom needs a lot of repairs, the room is small and not comfortable. This property should be removed and please do not book here.

“Wonderful stay, great facilities and lovely host 😀”
+The location was perfect. Parking was ample. The room was very comfortable and had everything you'd need for your stay. 40min leisurely walk to Tottenham Stadium. Lots of food options along the main roads. Jing was a lovely host overall.

+Thought it was a seperate entrance but u go into a main house with numerous doors - looks like a HMO we on top floor felt unsafe as in a house share. No controls for heating was freezing cold when got home had to hair dryer ourselves Room it self was nice a bit small and low ceiling however had everything we needed

“Did the job.”
+- location great for what we needed - no parking restrictions and very easy to find a space - great communication from host - easy to access - quiet area, especially at night
−- not really sure if the house is a private home or a HMO, we travelled as two girls but would not of necessarily felt safe by ourselves due to the unknown - strong smell of either food or animals in house but this was not the case in the room - not really a studio, more of an ensuite room with some helpful kitchen amenities - bathroom appeared dirty but think this is due to it being quite tired

“A lovely hidden gem”
+Amazing place. Just what we needed for a couple of nights whilst away on cricket tour. Everyone else stayed in the hotel chain where there is a Good Night Guaranteed. However, travelling with a young person on the spectrum, where strangers and noise are problematic, Jings was a little home from home with absolutely everything we needed. Quiet neighbourhood with parking opposite, easy key collection. Even though we were in the loft of the family home, we didn't see anyone or hear anything apart from the TV when coming home at night and climbing the stairs to our room. Once in the room, we couldnt hear a thing. Beds comfortable, room spotless, and a bath with a shower. Perfect 👌

“mein Unterkunft war sehr toll. Das Personal war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Man konnte sie jederzeit fragen oder au”
+Mir hat in der Unterkunft gefallen, dass es sauber war und obwohl es klein war, hatte es alles. Es hatte ein Sofa, einen Tisch, einen Herd, ein Kühlschrank ein Bett und trotzdem hatte man genug Platz für die eigenen Dinge.

+El apartamento está al detalle, han subsanado todo lo que decían en comentarios anteriores porque no vimos ninguna incidencia de más que leímos. La zona tiene tiendas de alimentación, restaurantes (donde cenábamos muy bien por precios bajos), el barrio es tranquilo.
−Nosotros llegamos por la noche y londres no tiene mucha iluminación en el extrarradio, así que la llegada para mí no fue agradable respecto a eso y ver la casa a oscuras hasta que subes al apartamento. Pero al día siguiente lo ves con la luz del día y te encanta.
