“Quiet little sanctuary in the city”
+The property was clean and modern and very well equipped. The beds were large and comfy. We had a ground floor flat and there was a fabulous patio outside which we made great use of in the glorious weather. There was a very handy bus stop outside with regular buses into the city centre. It was quiet at night. Parking was easy and the property was very handy for the motorway.

“Great value for money, very enjoyable, would stay again!”
+Added extras/convenience items were great (shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, hand/body lotion, tea/coffee, biscuits, small boxes of cereal, milk in fridge, sweets on coffee table). The apartment was extremely clean. Very stylish and modern, Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom with modern shower and great water pressure. Nice view to the garden which is kept very neat and tidy.
−There is hardly anything to complain about, but my only niggly comments would be that the settee in the lounge can only fit 2 or 3 people, which was too small seeing as the apartment we stayed in was for 4 guests, so at least 1 guest had to place themselves on a barstool in order to watch TV together. Also, the walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything the other guests are doing.

“Comfortable stay”
+Property was very comfortable with all facilities that you require for self catering accommodation. In good location for access to Reading town centre and surrounding areas. Communication with Kennett Serviced Apartments was excellent. Great to have bathroom and ensuite shower room. Kitchen appliances and equipment made it very easy to prepare meals. Would definitely stay again.
−No negative points.
