“Pleasant”
+The apartment is in a great location, which made it easy to explore Bari and get around the city.
−However, there are a few things that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable. The overall cleanliness wasn’t ideal,there were unwashed dishes in the kitchen, personal clothes left in the bedroom, and noticeable long hairs on the floor and sofa. With more attention to cleaning and preparation, this place has good potential for future guests.

“Avoid it - trust me”
+The host/company was responsive to our messages and the bed was good, this is why you don't get 1 star.
−- This was the dirtiest location we ever booked, and I'm not talking about dust (we are not absurd people or picky), no, literally mold signs everywhere kitchen/living, bedroom, bathroom, everywhere on all the walls, up, down, every corner. - The walls dirty with stains everywhere (this is bonus for the mold), the paiting falling off the walls literally, exposed plugs. - Dirtiest fridge I've even seen - not acceptable. - The wardrobe full off random stuff, the washing machine full with dirty towels. - Should I mention also that we found the key from the building entrance broken and we needed to call to random apartments so get in? This was not looking like a location that was not cleaned after the previous guests, no, no, they didn't give a f**k about it FOR MONTHS considering the stains and the condition of everything. This kind of properties should not be listed on Booking, and I'm sorry I can't upload more than 4 pictures so you can see how bad this property is.

−Appena entrati c'era odore di fumo allucinante, e sembrava non fosse stata pulita. C'era sporcizia ovunque, sui divano letti c'erano macchie, i cuscini avevano un cattivissimo odore. C'era muffa sulle pareti e pure le ragnatele. Alice é stata carina perché ha provveduto subito per il phon in quanto non c'era, ma non c'era un filo di pulizia. Polvere ovunque, posate lanciate a caso e il cesso addirittura con la striscia di cacc@. Mi ha fatto abbastanza schifo contando che abbiamo pagato veramente tanto. Non ne vale la pena, mi dispiace.

−L' appartamento è pieno di muffa in diversi angoli e sulla maggior parte dei muri e stipiti delle porte , peraltro completamente marci . Pulito molto alla buona. Abbiamo alloggiato solo per una notte con un bambino di 7 mesi... un' esperienza terribile e un rischio per la salute. Vista la situazione abbiamo ritenuto di non utilizzare la cucina soprattutto per cucinare per nostro figlio. Le fotografie proposte sono davvero ingannevoli o datate considerato lo stato attuale dell' appartamento e sconsigliamo questo posto.

+Vous serez à quelques minutes de la gare. Pour se déplacer, l’appartement est vraiment pratique.
−Néanmoins l’appartement n’est pas vraiment très bien entretenu. Le WC de la salle de bain manque de nettoyage. La plaque de cuisine ne marche pas mais vous pouvez vous servir d’une autre plaque possé de manière provisoire. Si vous passez une ou deux nuits c’est parfait!
