“An exceptional, comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location , I would happily stay here again”
+The property was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The location was excellent, with a pleasant neighbourhood and easy access to the beach and local amenities. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable throughout.
−There was nothing significant that I disliked about the property. Everything met my expectations, and I had a very positive experience overall.

+Very close to the beach and a supermarket. Other stores nearby sell beach things if you don't have with you.
−Wish I could've stayed longer. Kitchen is a little tight for many people, oven markings are rubbed off so using the oven is difficult.

“Isabel apartment Valencia”
+Everything was perfect. Bustop 300 yds and was 2 euro into city center. Two good supermarkets less than 5 minute walk. Long promenade within 4 or 5 minute walk with a number of resturants. Apartment had two deck chairs which we carried to the beach
−No sea view and no balcony as balcony was enclosed with windows

+The apartments are fully equipped with everything you might need (like garbage bags, paper towels, all cleaning supplies (including dishwasher capsules), shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cotton pads, hair dryer, iron, toaster, sun umbrella, beach towels, coffee capsules, salt, sunflower oil etc) There are also a ball and beach toys for kids. (Especial big thank from our kids for the ball ;)) The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Perfect location, just a short 3 min walk to the beach and close (1-3min) to buses and the metro (8min). Mercadona and Consum supermarkets are only 2 minutes away, Fruit shop on the corner. A lot of restaurants and bars around. Lovely communication and very nice staff.
−However, the apartments are a bit old and tired (some wooden doors are swollen from water, the furniture is outdated, and there is some mold in the bathrooms. Kitchen pots and pans could also use an update. In addition, the apartment is not soundproof at all (in the living room you can hear everything happening outside, as well as all the noise from the neighbours). Despite these disadvantages, we really enjoyed our week in Valencia and had a pleasant stay in these apartments.

+The apartment was spacious and very comfy. It was fully equipped for longer stays Marva-Iosa beach was 5min walking Bus stop was also very close Miguel the owner was great host We had excellent time in Valencia and I would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants accommodation near beach

“Sejur excelent, locatie foarte buna!”
+Locatie foarte buna , la 1 minut de plaja si 5 min de Mercadona si statia de autobuz. Apartamentul este mare , living generos si bucatarie foarte bine dotata cu consumabile, aproape tot ce este necesar pentru o vacanta de o saptamana. etajul 2 , dotat cu lift, 3 camere din care una cu baie cu vana inclusa iar pentru celelate 2 camere exista o baie cu dus pe hol. Miguel a fost foarte amabil si punctual, ne-a explicat regulile casei si am primit cheile personal. Se percepe un depozit care se returneaza la final.
−In bucatarie s-ar putea inlocui tigaile care sunt uzate, lipsesc bolurile iar hota este nefunctionala, de asemenea un cos de gunoi mai mare ar fi de folos. Mobilierul din camere este invechit si putin cam uzat. Exista doar un aparat de aer conditionat in living, nu l-am folosit deoarece in octombrie nu a fost necesar. Ar putea fi mai curat in general, sub paturi era mizerie si pe ventilatoare praf. Am trecut peste aceste mici neajunsuri deoarece orasul si plaja au fost superbe.

−Au A/C doar in livig,in camere este foarte cald. Curatenie de un nivel modest. Mobilier foarte vechi si inconfortabil. Miguel este o persoana placuta,dar apartamentul are nevoie de imbunatatiri ptr a fi listat pe booking.
