+The location is excellent. The M3 Metro and the Lidl supermarket were very close. Having a balcony and security made it a great choice. If I come to Budapest again, I would like to stay here. Geri
−It would be a perfect apartment if it had a microwave oven and a shower cabin. Apart from that, everything was wonderful.

+Nice little flat in a convenient location. Communication with the host was smooth. The balcony is nice for breakfast or an evening drink.

“A very disappointing experience: the apartment was dirty, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the host unfairly blamed u”
−The apartment was in a very poor condition when we arrived. The floors were dirty and sticky, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside, even though smoking is supposed to be prohibited. This was especially unacceptable for me because I have asthma and I cannot be exposed to cigarette smoke. We tried to ventilate the apartment for several hours, but the smell did not go away. It was impossible and unsafe for me to stay there, so we had to leave and rent another accommodation. There were also other hygiene issues: a broken plate was lying under the wardrobe, and in the bathroom we found a wallet with someone else’s documents, which was very strange and concerning. After all this, the host started accusing the guests of making the apartment dirty and smoking inside, even though the apartment was already dirty and smelled of cigarettes when we checked in. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. I would not recommend this accommodation.

+Great location, close to the metro line 3, supermarket Lidl nearby. Spacious and sunny flat with a balcony where you can sit and enjoy your coffee. Overlooking inner courtyard, so it's quiet. Coffee maker with a few coffee capsules and a nice welcome snack provided.
−The rating would be much higher if it weren't for the persistent, strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, as reported by other guests. When the bathroom light is turned on, the fan turns on, but it doesn't remove the smell. Instead, it makes a loud humming sound and continues to run for some time after the light is turned off, which can be annoying.

+The place is very close to the metro station which was very convenient, also the location is very easy to find. The apartment itself was very comfortable we enjoyed every day staying there. Was very clean. Also feedback from the owners was very fast and helpful every time. Big thanks to them. We recommend you to book this apartment and trust me u wont regret it.

+It had a balcony. Beds are super comfy, Also ability to make laundry and working oven was a nice bonus. Neighborhood has a lot of shops and museums so its very easy to get groceries. Not to mention that metro station is 100m away.
−Smell from the bathroom was horrible. I suspect bad plumbing connection. Shower curtain was too far away from shower so every time You used it it made a flood in the bathroom. Kitchen has a lot of potential but there is basically no tools and only one pan. There could also be an ashtray on the balcony.

+Wir waren im Hochsommer in Budapest, draußen über 35 Grad. Die Wohnung war weiterhin angenehm kühl - vermutlich über eine Kühldecke, denn Klimagerät entdeckten wir keines. Der Balkon und die Lage der Wohnung inkl. bequemen Bett laden ein zu einem schönen entspannten Städtetripp. Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte (5Minuten zur Fuß) sorgen für die Verpflegung. Danke e Roller Dott haben wir die Stadt schnell entdeckt. Die Metro Linie ist jedoch auch direkt um die Ecke und man erreicht die Wohnung vom Flughafen kinderleicht. >> Bus 200E und umsteigen in die Metro (600 Forint)
−Die Ausstattung der Küche war zu gering. Die Küchenzeile lädt ein zum Kochen, jedoch sind selbst Teller und Gläser eine Mangelware.
