+The property is very close to the city center, you have everything around, you can walk everywhere. The staff are very helpful if you need them, they will call and try to help as much as they can if needed. The room was ok and well equipped, very comfortable bed.
−It was a bit poorly cleaned plus they forgot some stuff in the fridge from previous guests, but in general was ok, i didn’t mind it that much.

“Loved my stay,only in Cologne for 5 days,but Ipartment was nice to come back to to chill out!”
+Nice room,nice bed,kitchen facilities were very good.A tv that had many choices ,including the World Cup,Youtube.....nice!
−One gripe from me,the seating arrangement,was very uncomfortable for this 72 year old,a nice comfy armchair would have been better.

−Extremely loud property all night Friday and Saturday as this accomodation is next to 2 clubs. The walls vibrate from midnight till 6am. Small duvet for a double bed, only one pillow. Very dirty floors. Pillow smelled of someones hairgel so I don't think the sheet had been changed. No sofa or comfortable chair to sit on. Can only choose between rigid chairs or laying on the bed. Unimpressed for the price. Door of the building and door to the room can only be opened via a website they send you, if you lose your phone you will be in for an awful trip.

−DON'T EVER STAY HERE AT FRIDAY NIGHT this place is perfect in every way, except on friday night, whole room literally vibrate from club next door. literally you can see TV shaakes
+On the 5th floor no lift in this apartment block. Towels had to last 3 days and we showered 2 per day due to the heat. No aircon. Bedding left unclean and pillows poor quality. Apartment was sparsely decorated. Would need a larger fan for the bedroom.Bothnof us got bit, a plug-in mosquito buster would have been good.

+What a wonderful apartment. Large, lots of light, lots of room. It is at at the end of few flights of stairs, which might be a problem for the less mobile. However, once in the apartment, you have high ceilings, a wonderful balcony, great bathroom and and kitchen that has everything need to self-cater. Could not recommend more.

“Too loud- no sleep”
+Unfortunately, there was no information that this location was directly above a club. It was impossible to rest because the music was so loud until 4 in the morning and the walls and bed would vibrate from the bass. There is also a hooka bar, where the smoke filled the room. Due to the summer weather it was necessary to keep the windows open. Lastly, the apartment was not as clean, there was a thin layer of dust everywhere. Sure the space was nice, but I was Unable to sleep for 3 days, and for this I would Not recommend for individuals where this matters.

“2 Tagesübernachtung fürs Konzert”
+Die geräumige Wohnung. Das Bett war super bequem .. das große Tageszimmer mega. Küche mega cool ausgestattet. 👏👏👏 Die Nähe zur Innenstadt.
−Das kein Aufzug gab Treppen war sehr anstrengend mit Koffer. Manchmal war im Bad strenger Geruch. Vll liegt's am Wasser. Weiß nicht. Der Fernseher ging irgendwie nicht bissle doof irgendwas trotz Suchlauf waren keine Programme da. Der DVD Player ging auch nicht irgendwie. Aber war net tragisch. Des wäre halt gut gewesen. Trotzdem insgesamt wunderschönes Apartment.
