“Kind hosts and a great location!”
+The hosts were so kind, responsive, patient with my attempts in speaking Italian... 😅 (both ladies speak English well, it's just I wanted to practice) Upon our arrival, there was an issue with the window at the small bedroom and it wouldn't open, but it was fixed the very next day. We were welcomed by Magda who answered all our questions about transport and safety. Speaking about that, the apartment is at a great location, so close to the Metro station and a supermarket, and the neighbourhood seemed quiet and safe.

“Mold hazard in the bathroom”
+The In Vico looks better in the pictures than it really is. I chose it because it had good reviews. The cost per night is slightly higher than other places in the area. I believed that it will guarantee us high quality. You get what you pay for after all. I was WRONG in this case. Upon our arrival we discovered that water in the shower was not going down. You stood in a puddle. We notified the owner. She quickly came herself to fix it. However, it was not the only issue. Once in the apartment we pointed out to her the MOLD on the shower walls!!! She blamed it on the age of the building and offered to clean it if we wanted… If this apartment was cleaned before our arrival, especially the bathroom, the cleaning person would most definitely discover the water not going down and the moldy walls. Mold could be a health hazard and should have been addressed. We decided not to stay in the apartment. The owner offered to refund us 10% of the cost. It is not fair. False advertisement. Cleanliness is the most important feature to us. I would not recommend this place.

“From check-in to check-out everything went super smoothly, and would really recommend this apartment to everyone!”
+The apartment was really tidy and spacious. It was really nice location, quiet neighbourhood near metrostation. With metro it took few minutes to be in the center of Napoli. Flexible timetables: the check-in time was at 3PM, but our flight was in Napoli at 9:30AM so we got the apartment already around 10:30AM! The worker who brought us the keys was super friendly. She told us a little bit about Napoli and what to see.

“Comfortable, bright and very clean flat. Well connected and in a quiet neighbourhood.”
+The flat was great, just as you can see in the pictures. Very comfortable, bright and spotless. My family and I (6 people) were perfectly accommodated. Maria Luigia was very kind during our stay, she was attentive to anything we needed and welcomed us in the house with goodies, drinks and a very tasty coffee to make in the machine. It was very easy to get around with the metro because there is a station just a few meters from the apartment.
