“Fantastic apartment in a lovely location”
+The apartment is perfectly clean, comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen. The shower is really good, and the ac strong in the bedrooms. There's a digital TV and the host, Elena, is a lovely lady. The setting is amazing, tucked away in the hills with a private patio and bbq. Only 10 minutes from the beach the apartment is well placed for exploring the coast or the hinterland. This part of Sardinia is so beautiful and less touristy than the north, so you can find uncrowded spots, even in July.

+The two beds in the smaller room were very comfortable, the apartment was very clean and bed sheets and the apartment in general had a very nice smell. The location is very cute and the apartment had anything you could need and the host was very nice.
−The entrance was quite steep, it would be nicer to drive in if paved, but it was still ok

+Obiekt nie jest nad samym morzem ale w rejonie. Dojazd rekompensuje wielkosc apartamentu plus taras z niesamowitym widokiem na doline. Spokojna okolica. Taras w pelni wyposarzony w stol, oswietlenie, duzy zestaw hamak, grill, prad, dodatkowy prysznic letni i linki do suszenia. Pelna izolacja od wlascicieli mieszkajacych w obiekcie. Dobrze opisane pojemniki na smieci co przy dluzszym pobycie powoduje ze nie ma problemu z segregacja. Darmowe WiFi, duza lazienka. Zadaszona wiata parkingowa, podwojna do dyspozycji gosci.
−Wlascicielka slabo mowi po angielsku i wlosku, najlepiej od razu tlumaczyc na hiszpanski.

+Spacieux, bien équipé, très propre. Peu de désagrément de la grand route malgré la proximité.
−Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de vue. Pourquoi ne pas un peu dégager la végétation de la terrasse ? Le canapé du salon est inconfortable, une lampe d’appoint donnerait un éclairage moins cru et le lit est très dur. Mais bon, je sais, je suis un peu difficile 😉

“Calme , nature , VTT et plage chez Elena et son mari”
+Si vous voulez retrouver le calme et la nature après l’agitation de Cagliari , vous êtes à l’endroit parfait ! Elena et son mari vous accueillent au sommet de Triei. Une belle rénovation 2 chambres avec une grande salle de bains , une douche puissante , un bel extérieur avec des transats et un bed pour se relaxer .vous pourrez prendre tous vos repas à l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur. Vous pourrez aussi admirer les sculptures de buissons dans le jardin . L’emplacement pour le véhicule devant le logement est aussi bien pratique. Merci à Elena et son mari pour leur accueil et d’avoir été aux petits soins , nous n’avons pas manqué de linge ni de lit ni de bain , et encore moins de quoi boire (merci pour le vin et l’eau ). Merci aussi pour la très bonne adresse du restaurant piscin’e janas à triei et il Pozzo à Santa maria et de la location de bateaux à santa maria . Un très très beau spot pour le VTT. ça grimpe fort et ça descend aussi fort .des très très très belles plages accessibles principalement en bateau .

+Les propriétaires sont agréables, disponibles, aux petits soins et discrets. Bon pied à terre pour visiter l'est avec le golfe d'orosei, louer un bateau pour faire les calas, entre mer et montagne c'est magique. La maison est fraîche et la terrasse est top avec le barbecue.
−La route pour monter à la maison est un peu difficile.
