+I liked the apartment very much. Quiet, neat, new. Consists of 2 rooms: in one room there is a large bed, in the other a sofa. Memory foam mattresses. There are air conditioners in both rooms. There is a balcony where you can dry your laundry. There are pots, pans, forks, spoons, knives and even a corkscrew. Washing machine, gas stove and refrigerator, TV. Close to the sea (about 10 minutes) and to the train station (7 minutes). There are grocery stores nearby. RossoTono was especially useful, since it is open even at lunchtime (it does not close for siesta). The owner of the property, Giuseppe, is a very nice and friendly young man.

+Un'ottima scelta per chi cerca praticità e comfort. L'appartamento è ben organizzato e luminoso, ho apprezzato molto la cura per la pulizia e c'è anche la lavastoviglie! La zona è strategica, ben collegata e ricca di servizi, inoltre a pochi metri c'è il mercato quotidiano da non perdere. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. Sono stata davvero bene, alla prossima!!

+A clean, quiet and nice flat. Obviously newly refurbished. Easy communication in English with the owner’s soon. 10 minutes walk from train station.
−- Synthetic bedlinens and blanket (100% polyester), super uncomfortable, you just sweat a lot and then have nightmares. Please change this place into a great one by putting cotton bedlinens… - High stairs - two floors but difficult. I got helped by the owner but he is an older man and should not carry heavy luggage. If you cannot carry your luggage up difficult stairs, do not stay there.

−Депрессивный квартал,отсутствие окна в кухне-столовой,оборудованной газовой плитой,хто не допустимо,отсутствие москитной сетки на окне в спальне,отсутствие эл.чайника,все кухонные кастрюли и сковороды требуют замены.нет утюга,ножи не режут,не было сказано когда выносить отсортированный мусор,лестницы лестничной клетки крутые,квартира расположена высоко,вида из окна нет!

“Prima appartement voor een kort verblijf.”
+Goed en snel contact met de eigenaar. Hij regelde dat we een dag eerder konden aankomen (noodgedwongen door een spoorwegstaking). Het is rustig slapen, doordat het appartement aan de achterkant van het gebouw is,
−Er is weinig daglicht in het appartement, je moet steeds het licht aan hebben, De keukenspullen waren niet helemaal schoon. De vochtafvoer van de koelkast was verstopt, waardoor er water in de koelkast stond.
