+Great location, lovely host. It looks like they renovated an old apartment building and they did it with care and love. The reading hook on the terrace is super cute, there were many small details all over the apartment that felt intentional in a good way!
−I usually prefer self check-in, the host insisted on meeting us. It wasn’t so bad, he was lovely and was able to match or schedule but it felt a bit rushed because we didn’t want to bother him too late. I also suggest a little more focus on cleaning. I believe both of these could be fixed so I generally recommend this place.

“Cozy apartment in the center of Plovdiv”
+If you're on a budget but still want a really nice place for yourself right next to the center of Plovdiv, then the INSTA house might be exactly what you're looking for. First things first - the host is super friendly and helpful. The place itself is renovated and has everything you need for a comfy stay, including AC in both the bedroom and the kitchen - something you'll appreciate in Plovdiv's very warm summer nights. The bed was comfy and the cozy corner on the balcony for laying down and chilling is where we spent most of our time in the apartment. One thing to mention is that this still is an old apartment, so nothing fancy, but as long as you have your expectations set right, you shouldn't be disappointed. The hosts have definitely put a LOT of love and effort into sprucing the place up.
−Everything was great, you just shouldn't expect 5-star hotel luxury or the brand new line of fancy furniture. For the price, we don't have anything to complain about.

+The location of the apartment was great, near the city center and main sights as well as near the park. From the train station it was around 15min walk+bus. The host was also very kind to do earlier check-in for us and kindly waited for us outside. The apartment had everything you need for longer stay, it was clean and very well maintained. When we come back to Plovdiv one day, we will definitely book Insta haus again!

+Todo limpio y ordenado. El propietario muy cordial y buena persona. Atento y disponible. La limpieza 10/10. Tiene una terraza preciosa con una cama que puedes echar la siesta perfectamente con tu buena birra fría y tu chica (si tienes..)
−Había mosquitos por la noche. Es un problema menor pero estropea un poco el sueño. Sospechamos que puede ser de las plantas. Pero se agradece que hubiera plantas naturales.
