+Silvio was a great host for our stay in Rome, easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and wanted to make sure we were comfortable for our stay. The apartment is very spacious, air conditioning was great and the value for money is really good given how expensive it is to stay in Rome. The facilities provided for cooking were fantastic and there is a local supermaket less than 10 minutes walk away. It is in a nice area of Rome, not too touristy but about 30-35 minutes walking to all of the amazing restaurants in Trastevere. We took taxis into the main tourist areas like Coloseum and Vatican Museum which were about 30 Euros each way.
−Nothing I didn't like really but small suggestions to make the apartment feel even nicer would be to put a coffee table in front of the couch and hang up some artworks on the walls and some more fake house plants or something. Small touches that would make it feel more like a home away from home.

“Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Rome”
+The host is great. Silvio greeted us at the property, introduced us to the portiere (doorman) and gave us a quick tour. He had chilled Prosecco waiting which was a nice touch! He also messaged us to check in and make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. (We were!) I appreciated the attention to detail in this apartment, from the extra hangers to the premade sofa bed, just in case we’d like to use it. It’s also nicely located, a 5 minute walk from the tram, which you can take to the historic center, Trastevere, etc. or you can walk 30-45 minutes. There’s a great local bar for breakfast directly next door and Villa Pamphili (my favorite park in Rome) is just a 10 minute stroll up the street. I will definitely return!

+L'emplacement, la proximité des commerces et des transports en commun. Appartement spacieux.
−Pas de pression dans la douche (beaucoup de calcaire), idem dans les robinets. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle de bain. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine pas propres. Le matelas du clic clac est hyper fin, donc vraiment inconfortable pour des adultes.
