“A great place to say, but with poor communication at check-in”
+The location was great and it was comfortable, spacious and well-equipped.
−The only problem was the check-in - there was a delay with cleaning which, in itself, would have been fine, but information wasn't communicated in advance and was unclear when it was provided.

“The kindness of the host is lacking. :(”
+- The kindness of the cleaning lady :) - I really like this apartment complex, I have rented an apartment here several times.
−I booked the two-bedroom accommodation for 2 people. 3-4 days before arrival, I informed the host that there would be three of us, and that we all wanted to sleep in separate rooms , meaning 1 person in each of the two bedrooms, and the 3rd person in the living room on the sofa, since we are a group of friends. I booked the apartment for 16 nights, and for 10 of those nights we would have been three people. The host replied saying that the sofa was not suitable for sleeping, although I should mention that the listing advertises a sofa bed as a sleeping option. He also wrote that it wouldn’t be a problem if three of us stayed, but it would come with an extra cost. I told him that this was fine for us. I only asked him to provide 3 sets of bedding in the two bedrooms, since there were 3 beds , one double bed and two single beds in the other room. He said he would tell the cleaner. On the day of arrival, I wrote to him again asking if everything would be ready regarding the bedding. He replied that he wasn’t on the island at the moment, but repeated that the sofa isn’t suitable for sleeping… I told him I understood that, but I had asked for enough bedding for 3 people. “Muy mal.”
+Del apartamento nada.
−Todo bastante mal. La puerta de entrada al apartamento dificil de abrir y cerrar, se lo comunico y me dicen ( por wasap, ya que no atienden llamadas), que entre por la otra puerta( son correderas) pero resulta que la otra cierra y abre casi igual de mal, a parte de que hay un sofá de tres plazas pegado a la puerta. La habitación de matrimonio tengo que encender y apagar la luz en el pasillo, por lo que para acostarme tengo que ir con la luz del móvil ( se lo comunico que no es su problema que la culpa es del ingeniero jajanajaja reir por no llorar, la culpa será del que puso la cama taponando los enchufes y el encendido y apagado de la luz. Me faltaban dos toallas pequeñas y una grande, me dicen que las busque, pero no estan, les mando foto de las que tengo. A los 3 días de mi estancia me las dejan a la puerta. La cafetera al segundo día ya no funcionó más. Ya ni se lo comunique ( para qué? ). En resumen. Mal. Comunicación sólo por Wasap. Y que si quiero que me atiendan personalmente me aloje en un Hotel, que nada me vale, que sólo hago quejarme.

“Decepcionante.”
+La ubicación es buena, la limpieza era bastante decepcionante para lo que se paga. La cortina estaba rota, y no estaba realmente organizado. Algunas toallas estaban manchadas.
−Había mucho olor a alcantarillado en el baño, los desagües no funcionaban y si te bañabas se mojaba todo el baño. No había mucho atención por parte del dueño en cuanto a forma de entrada al piso. La piscina es comunitaria, no privada como la tiene publicada.

“Décevant”
−Appartement mal conçu, interrupteur hors de la chambre par exemple. Evier de la salle de bains totalement bouché, pas d'électricité dans la seconde chambre. Pas ou peu d'isolation alors l'impression qu'il y a du chauffage et nous avons passé la semaine dans le bruit de la radio du voisin et ses odeurs de cigarettes. Le balcon est tout petit et contigu avec celui de vos voisins. N'espérez ni calme ni intimité.
