“Awesome Stay At Infinity 502”
+We had an absolutely amazing stay here over the past week and couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the very beginning, everything was seamless. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, thanks to the clear and detailed step-by-step guide that was sent to us beforehand. It was spot on and made arriving and settling in completely stress-free. The security staff at reception was also wonderful, so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know for our entire stay, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of right away. One thing we truly appreciated was the level of privacy. It was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after busy days out. The location was another huge plus. It was absolutely spot on, with numerous shopping centers and malls nearby, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and daily needs. And lastly, the cleanliness deserves special mention. The place was spotless and well-maintained, truly second to none. You could tell that a lot of care and attention goes into keeping everything in top condition. “Good location and friendly staff, but several maintenance issues affected overall comfort”
+Close to the beach, has everything you need, shaded parking, friendly staff, and great views from the 5th floor over the beach and Table Mountain. The kitchen is equipped with a towel, soap, and sponge, and the bathroom includes soap, shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper.
−The toilet brush was broken when we arrived. The shower door doesn’t close properly, which causes the bathroom to flood when showering. The internet wasn’t working (we contacted the property owner, but it wasn’t very helpful). The apartment only had one tiny spoon and very few dishes overall, making the dishwasher impractical as it can never be properly filled. The faucet is missing the filter/aerator at the end, which causes excessive splashing when washing dishes, and the faucet handle was difficult to control, making it impossible to adjust the water flow gradually, it was either too strong or completely off. The pans were so badly scratched that all the Teflon was gone (which can’t be healthy and needs replacement). The building is generally not well soundproofed. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. Please note: there is no air conditioning, although this was stated in the listing details.

“Bad service”
−We had to call them to get the pin for the lockbox . No information was provided before of how we should check in . That time I have texted them 2 day prior to checking in and the day before but they didn’t respond. They way so quick to send the information on how to check out . Even called us at 10 am to make sure we are out .
