+Clean modern style apartment in a great location in Split, about a 10 minute walk from Diocletian's Palace, the Ferry terminals, and the local beach.

+Excellent location within 5-10min walk to Split Old Town, ferries and many restaurants. Host Zrinka was friendly and prompt in our communications and very helpful with requests for early check-in and sofa bed for 5th guest.
−Showers are cramped for space, particularly in the upstairs bathroom.

+Die Wohnung bzw. das Haus ist Traumhaft schön und komfortabel. Wir waren zu viert da (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, 8 + 13 Jahre) und es war alles top. Die Lage ist super, Bäckerei ist auf dem Weg zum Strand Bacvice vorhanden und superlecker :-) Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den alltäglichen Bedarf (Getränke, Snacks, Obst und Gemüse etc.) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Küche ist komplett mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet, die man benötigt (wir hatten Kaffeekapseln sicherheitshalber mitgebracht, selbst die waren vorhanden, mega Dankeschön dafür :-)) Die Buchung an sich sowie die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin fuktionierte auch einwandfrei, alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und war auch superlieb. Ein riesen Dankeschön von uns und empfehlen die Unterkunft absolut.
−Es gab aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war absolut tadellos und super, von der Buchung, bis zum gesamten Aufenthalt. Einfach top.

+LA zona es buena ubicación, hay restaurantes cercanos muy bueno s y bien evaluados, creo que el edifico esta un poco viejo pero el interior bastante bien...
−quizás la entrada al condominio no es lo mejor a la vista, ya se ve viejo el conjunto pero dentro de la casa es seguro y muy limpio
