“Comfortable stay in small appartment.”
+Good location, looked mostly like the pictures, but smaller than the perception from the images. A very very comfortable bed, and decent cooking appliances. Very close to a big Life supermarket and the metro line which was convenient for travelling around the city
−The sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on, and the lack of chairs to sit on made eating or sitting at the table a bit difficult. The small size of the apartment is usual for Japan, and while the stay was not cheap, it lines up with the other options available for the size.

“Very comfortable”
+It was a very clean apartment, and the location is really good, also the staff respond super quickly and nicely to every question. If I come back to Osaka I would love to stay there again.

“Misleading information regarding major adjacent construction resulted in an extremely stressful and financially damaging”
+I never stayed at the property.
−This was one of the most unprofessional and genuinely disgusting experiences I have ever had using Booking.com. I never actually stayed at this property, and I believe future guests, especially remote workers, should know exactly why. Before check-in, I specifically contacted the property because I work online as a tutor and require a quiet environment to earn a living. I asked clearly whether there was construction nearby and where it was located. I was told it was “at the beginning of the street.” Because noise directly impacts my ability to work, I went to inspect the area myself before check-in. What I discovered was completely different from what had been communicated: the construction was directly adjacent to the building itself. That is not a small detail. That is a completely different situation. I immediately contacted the property and explained that the issue was not the existence of construction, but the misleading description of its location. Booking.com later contacted the property directly and requested they consider “a full refund in light of the discrepancy between what was communicated… and the actual conditions at the property.” Despite this, the property repeated

+It's comparably quite big. Close to the Imazato station Quick reply by staff when I asked for cleaning
−As many have mentioned: It has a weird smell. I bought a room scents to cover. It appears to be very old. Bed and sofa are uncomfortable both being very hard With the bed you have option to close the sliding doors to let less light in or leave it open to get some cool air in from the AC in the living door. The AC was very moldy. The kitchen had a lot of leftover ramen in there, probably left by previous tenant.

“リラックスできて良かった”
+地下鉄今里駅から近く、コンビニ、飲食店、スーパーなども歩いて行ける距離にあり便利でした。私は子どもに会う為9泊10日でしたが、室内にキッチン、洗濯機があったので助かりました。1人で宿泊しましたがちょうどいい広さでベッドのクッションのかたさがちょうどよく大変リラックスできました。分からないことがあればカスタマーズセンターに問い合わせると、すばやく返信がくるのが良かったです。
−ベランダに洗濯用洗剤が出してあり、夏場の暑い時期なので使用せずに自分が持参した物を使いました。他、キッチンの小窓の網戸がホコリだらけだったのでお掃除されるともっと良くなると思います。それと、エントランスに袋に入った何かが沢山おいてあり、全体的にキレイな感じがしなかったので、そこを片付けてキレイにアレンジされると印象が変わると思います。

“二度と使わない”
+周辺に歩いていける範囲で色々あったのは助かった
−むちゃくちゃ汚かった。まともに掃除してないでしょ 前の宿泊者の使ってたスリッパや歯ブラシはそのままある、シーツや枕カバーには髪の毛が付いてるし、洗面所の排水にも髪の毛の玉、風呂場は湯沸かしすると黒いカスが湯に浮かぶ。 部屋の電球は4つのうち3つが切れてて暗いし、電気スタンドは電球すら入ってない置いてる意味もわからない。 ソファーは背もたれが壊れててひっくり返りそうになる。 ベッドの下もソファーの下も埃まみれで備え付けの掃除機もゴミくらい捨てなさいよ。 挙げたらキリがないけど色々旅して泊まった中でダントツに最悪でした。
