“good place, but not near the sea”
+The amenities were nice. I appreciate the toilet and the shower are in different rooms and access to wifi and TV.
−It is incredibly misleading to label this porperty as being seafront. it takes 53 minutes to get there by walking and about 40 ish minutes by public transport.

−I booked this place because it was near where my daughter lives. The location was good, and I saw the picture of the family who runs this place on Booking.com and Airbnb, so I thought it would be a nice place but unfortunately, it was not. Normally, I don’t complain because I’m an easygoing person, but I do not recommend this place for the following reasons. I truly hope the owner will fix these issues. The main problem is cleanliness. The toilet and bathroom need deep cleaning or renovation. The bed in the bedroom was full of dust, which caused an allergy for my wife. The room was very humid, and we had to keep the window open because of a bad smell this even made my daughter sick. There were no basic items such as soap, shampoo, or hand wash. Even simple things like tea bags were missing. And although I knew from the listing that towels were not included, it still made the stay uncomfortable. Finally, the rain gutter is broken, and during the night, it makes a loud noise like a waterfall, which makes it hard to sleep. I hope the owner will fix these problems and invest a little in maintenance. For now, I definitely cannot recommend this place.

“Well worth the money”
+It was a cosy apartment, that had most of what we needed for our nights stay. Owners were helpful and responded quickly to enquiries.
−Towels would have been a huge help. Also the sofa bed wasn't comfortable. It would probably be fine for children, but not for an adult.

+The property had everything you could possibly need for a long or short term stay… except towels!
−The location was a little way out of the main city but not hard to get to. Having no towels but everything else was an inconvenience though.

“Wetter und Umgebung war super,Unterkunft Na ja”
+Die Lage war gut
−Die Dusche ist im Schlafzimmer dadurch hatten wir Bettwäsche die klamm war . Wir hätten gerne draußen gegessen aber die Terrasse war zugewachsen. Wir hätten eine Heckenschere gebraucht um da hinzukommen Sehr Schade weil wir super Wetter hatten.

+Wir waren eine Nacht hier und es gab alles an Ausstattung, was man so benötigt. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und draußen gibt es eine kleine hübsche Terrasse. Das Bett war auch ganz gemütlich.
−Die Unterkunft liegt im „Keller“ - Souterrainwohnung. Dementsprechend roch es etwas muffig/feucht in der Wohnung, das war nicht so angenehm. Man kann durch die kleinen Fenster aber leider auch nicht mal richtig lüften. Der Raum mit der Toilette wurde scheinbar beim letzten Mal nicht mit gereinigt. Hier lagen alte Haare und Staub auf dem Boden. Die Duschtasse ist etwas vergilbt, kann aber am Alter der Dusche liegen. Das Geschirr ist natürlich immer nur so sauber, wie die Vorgänger es hinterlassen.
