“The apartment needs renovation. The air conditioners must be cleaned of dust and mold, the windows need repair, light bu”
+Location is the only plus of this apartment. Given that all the windows face an inner courtyard or enclosed corners of the building where the sun never shines, the apartment ends up being dark, cold, damp, and full of mold.
−The apartment is very worn down, and the quality of the photos provided does not reflect the actual condition of the apartment. Many light fixtures had no light bulbs, there wasn’t even a small piece of soap to wash my hands after the journey, the window handles are broken, the window in the shower was barely closable after airing out, and the air conditioners are uncleaned, with a lot of dust and mold in them. The freezer had a thick layer of ice, which caused a loud alarm sound that kept us from sleeping. We faced constant issues upon check-in and throughout our stay. One day, we lost all electricity, making it difficult to wash up and have breakfast. The problem turned out to be a faulty electrical panel. We wanted to leave this apartment and asked for a refund of the money we had paid, but our request was ignored and we were offered a different apartment instead. The other apartment did not work for us, so we were forced to stay in the original one.

−Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con i bagni..quando facevamo la doccia si allagava tutto il bagno e dal water usciva puzza di fognatura,fortunatamente l'ultimo giorno hanno risolto il problema,ma diciamo che anche come pulizia non era il top.. c'era qualcosa da riguardare come i piatti doccia,le finestre,e il pavimento

+La ubicación es perfecta, muy céntrico y bien comunicado Apartamento amplio, lo utilizamos dos personas, cada una su habitación y baño
−Los pequeños detalles, el menaje de la cocina bastante escaso, menos mal que éramos dos personas, no había ni un poquito de sal o azúcar, ni servilletas de papel, eso si servilletero si había. No pido que dejen aceite de oliva, cafe o leche, eso ya lo compramos nosotros, pero un mínimo para poder desayunar y poder hacerte una tortilla con aceite de girasol, no tener que comprar un kilo de azúcar o sal.... Poca presión en la ducha y ruido de los compresores de aire acondicionado del hotel AC que comparten patio interior, aun con las ventanas cerradas se oye. Aunque pregunte específicamente por las obras en el edificio por otros comentarios, cierto es, no hay obras en el edificio, pero si en el edificio que comparte patio interior.

−Obras en el edificio (peguntamos a los albañiles y nos dijeron que llevaban un tiempo cosa de la que no se nos avisó) con ruidos de radiales, martillos…desde las 8h.

−Smrad v byte od rybacími, špinavý smetný kôš od kráľ bol smrad po byte . Prišli sme v noci a nemali sme sa ako dostať do bytu , kľúč mal byt na mieste mimo hlavného domu na recepcii a nikto tam nebol. Trvalo 2 dni pokiaľ sme dostali kľúč od vchodu budovy . Veľmi nepríjemne vyzváňajú sme druhým aby nám otvorili , alebo cez Whats up s ubytovaním .
