+The space was exactly what we needed for our four night stay in Tuscany. The location was a good middle point for exploring various cities in the Tuscan region, and it was a quick 8-10 minute drive from the town of Certaldo, making it easy to access groceries, coffee shops, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make meals, and the views from the upper level and upper deck were absolutely stunning. The pool was quiet, as it is shared by only two units, and it was a nice reprieve from the hot Tuscan sun. Our hosts were also so accommodating and sweet; they made our stay truly exceptional!

+My stay at the cottage in Tuscany was an excellent experience that I will remember for a long time. The cottage offered complete comfort, and its decor and amenities made me feel right at home. One of the biggest highlights of the place was the pool, which became the perfect spot for a morning or evening swim. Spending time on the terrace by the pool with views of the Tuscan hills was incredibly relaxing. The surrounding area was very peaceful, providing ideal conditions for rest. The views of the hills covered in vineyards and the vast fields that added unique character to the landscape were truly impressive. The cottage’s location was great for exploring Tuscany. The proximity to cities like Siena, Pisa, and Florence made it an excellent base for trips. Each of these places offered something special,from history and culture to stunning architecture. After a day full of sightseeing, it was nice to return to the cottage, which provided peace and relaxation. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. “A beautiful, peaceful location, a lovely, well designed house, garden and pool, excellent hosts.”
+The location of Il Pucchio was wonderful - beautiful surroundings and views. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the pool was amazing - just what was needed after a day out exploring Tuscany. We used the train from Certaldo to reach a number of towns - San Gimgnano, Siena - and Certaldo Alta (the old town) was one of our favourite places. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and kind, and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. It was a lovely, quiet, private property, and we can't wait to go back.

“Dům v nádherné lokalitě, příjemní majitelé, ticho a soukromí...”
+Dům na vyvýšeném místě s nádherným výhledem, snadný příjezd, parkujeme za branou na upravené ploše, vítají nás příjemní a usměvaví majitelé, italsky neumíme, posunky, názorná ukázka a překladač vše řeší, za pár minut bydlíme. Máme samostatný vchod, za ním nenáročné schody se zábradlím, apartmán je velký, vzdušný a světlý, na zdech obrazy s toskánskými motivy, hezké. Kuchyňka je velmi dobře vybavená, nádobí včetně pánví jak nové, lednice s velkým mrazákem je tichá, v místnosti je též velký stůl, dvě menší křesla a 38“ TV, výborné osvětlení z různých zdrojů. Zajímavé řešení příček umožní klimatizovat hlavní prostor i ložnici současně, což ocení zejména ti, kde neradi spí s klimatizací nad hlavou, příčky vytvořily i vcelku velkou šatnu. Dvoulůžko bylo pohodlné, široké 160 cm, středně tvrdá matrace, příjemné povlečení, po dvou polštářích, na oknech okenice a závěsy, v domě i okolí totální ticho - spí se tu skvěle. Veliká terasa s lehátky, křesílky, stolem, BBQ, nechybí sušák prádla a slunečník, část je zastíněná pergolou … panoramatický výhled z terasy do typicky toskánské krajiny je úžasný - louky, oblé kopečky, vinice, cypřiše, sem tam v dáli domeček, pasoucí se ovce a naprosté ticho

“An enjoyable stay in lovely surroundings with a great pool area”
+The hosts are very welcoming, especially as we were delayed in our travels to Italy due to traffic. It was no problem to inform them of our delay, and they simply showed up, when we arrived, instead of the usual check-in time. The pool area was cleaned every day, and it was a perfect place to relax in beautiful surroundings - both for an entire day and when returning from excursions. We had booked the two bedroom apartment, which has everything we needed for our stay - fridge, freezer, stove, oven and so on. Just beware, that the coffee maker in the apartment is an italian coffee maker. In general we were very happy with our vacation at Il Pucchio.
−The wifi connection were unstable at times. The beds are a bit on the firm side.
