“I recommend this place to stay , everyone will feel comfortable.”
+Very nice apartment with two bedrooms featuring comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. Lovely yard and always an available parking spot. There are many beaches nearby.

“Central apartment with huge garden”
+Bonus of the stay: first row seats during the Carnival Parade :) Free parking in front of the house! Useful shower in the garden. POWERFUL AC. Very central in Badesi, near all the major services. Extra beds if needed. AWESOME Stay!!

“Magnifico, Perfect stay”
+We likes this place very much, everything you need is on walking distance, a supermarkt, bar, gas station, pizzeria e.t.c. There is a possability to park in front of the house, most of the time we could perfectly park the car in front of the house in the evening. Giovanni the owner of this house and his parents are very friendly people, they did make us feel at home from day one...grazie mille for that! The location is perfect to explore the beautiful northern part of Sardegna. This house has a lovely enclosed garden where you can enjoy your breakfast for example or relax after a hot sommer day. The kitchen has everything you need, also the airconditioning in the bedrooms worked fine.. When we are going to visit the north part of Sardegna again, we woud like to come back to this accomodation.. Grazie Giovanni per il tuo ospitalita..

+La casa es preciosa y con todo lo necesario. Disfrutamos mucho de la terraza exterior y la barbacoa, además está muy bien ubicada, en un pueblo con todos los servicios necesarios. Giovanni nos atendió en todo momento, es muy agradable y servicial. Nos encantó.

“Torneremo sicuramente”
+La struttura è situata nel centro di Badesi (proprio davanti casa passa anche la navetta gratuita per le spiagge). Il supermercato, il macellaio, pizzeria e altri negozi sono letteralmente a due passi. La casa è molto grande e accogliente, dotata anche di qualsiasi accessorio (kit di pronto soccorso, detersivi, spray anti zanzare, accessori cucina, sale, olio, ecc…), mi ha colpito l’attenzione ai dettagli, sembra di stare nella propria casa. Il proprietario Giovanni è stato gentilissimo: abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto e con una semplice telefonata ci ha aiutato e rassicurato. Era sempre attivo e presente sia tramite messaggio che al telefono. Consiglio a chiunque voglia rilassarsi ma allo stesso tempo non rinunciare al comfort e all’autonomia che solo un appartamento può offrire. Perfetta per famiglie e per gruppi di amici.

“Super séjour !”
+La communication avec Giovanni a été facile et sympathique. Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos. La maison est très bien située (en ville mais au calme) et la terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables. La climatisation dans les chambres fonctionnent très bien et est silencieuse. Les équipements pour la cuisine sont suffisants. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et pour la Sardaigne en août, c'est un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

+Ein Highlight ist der wunderschöne Garten mit Granatapfel- und Zitronenbaum. Tolle Lage. Giovanni ist ein super Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar.

“Super alloggio!!”
+abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura “ il melograno” la 2ª settimana di settembre. la casa è situata nel centro di Badesi, con parcheggio fronte ingresso e con tutti i servizi a pochi metri( benzinaio- bar-supermercato-trattoria) Giovanni è stato un host super attento e premuroso, facendoci trovare l’alloggio con tutte le dotazioni necessarie, anche consigliandoci posti da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare ci è particolarmente piaciuto il cortiletto, con sdraio e tavolo dove abbiam passato la maggior parte dei nostri dopocena in totale tranquillità. Vivamente consigliata!!
