“Large apartment in prime location.”
+Spacious renovated apartment at prime location. Outdoor covered large terrace. All utilities present.good communication with owner.
−Some warmer light systems or lamps could further improve homely feeling....

“Exceptional”
+I really liked the location of the apartment, it is located in the very center, surrounded by main streets with shops and many cafes, a grocery store is 3 minutes from the house. The apartment is spacious, very cozy, I also liked that everything is thought out to the smallest detail for your comfort. The owner of the apartment was always in touch, on all issues and is simply a very hospitable and kind person. When I back, I will be here

−La scala che porta al letto soppalcato era un pò disagevole e ripida. Un pò pericolosa in caso di bambini.

“Excellent séjour, hôte parfait.”
+Bel appartement spacieux, très propre et calme, deux toilettes, emplacement près de la plus belle avenue de Tarente. La terrasse externe parfaite pour se reposer après une journée d'activités. Hôte extrêmement réactif et aimable, a répondu immédiatement à toutes mes questions et demandes, merci Giuseppe!

“Séjour satisfaisant, avec cependant quelques points d'équipement ou de sécurité à améliorer”
+Situation geographique et accès direct à l'hyper centre. Contact facile avec un hôte attentionné Amenagement satisfaisant et confortable, avec le plus de la terrasse. Bon fonctionnement des divers équipements et climatisation efficace
−Descriptif quelquefois erroné : balcon ? / chambre familiale ? en soupente ? / salle de bain ? où est la baignoire ? Accès chambre en soupente dangereux avec rampe en tuyau PVC ! Ustensiles de cuisine à compléter : 2 verres à vin et 3 petites cuillères pour 4 personnes ... Décoration quelquefois douteuse: animaux sur des toilettes dans la pièce de vie

“Appartement atypique, propre et bien situé”
+Guiseppe l’hôte a été formidable. Très réactif, disponible dés que j’avais une information à lui demander et très arrangeant vis à vis des horaires d’arrivée et de départ. L’appartement est très propre et très atypique. La chambre est incroyable avec un plafond voûté. Nous étions à 2 mn du centre. Si nous devions revenir nous reprendrions le même appartement ☺️

+Tutto pulitissimo e profumato, camera spaziosa, letto comodo, verandina carinissima, ottima la sera per sorseggiare qualcosa all'aperto. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile su qualsiasi cosa, molto elastico anche su check-in e check-out, ci ha fatto trovare anche acqua e capsule caffè.
−Unico neo il parcheggio, la zona è circondata esclusivamente da strisce blu valide dal mattino fino alle 20,30, qualche parcheggio gratuito è disponibile a circa 5-7 minuti a piedi.
