“Great location, beautifully styled and comfortable apartment with a friendly and helpful host”
+Michelangelo and his father were very hospitable and professional. The place itself was super clean and unique in its styling making it an even more special stay. Kitchen facilities were great despite no breakfast provided. It is very central - short walk to the train station, buses, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and tourist attractions. They also have a lift (some initial stairs first).
−The shower cubicle was quite tight (I’m an average build and I surprisingly felt a bit crammed). The other rooms may have bigger shower spaces. I would enquire first on room selection if you’re a bigger build.

+la location molto bella, un bel spazio comune dotato di macchina caffe bollitore forno micronde tostapane utili x il self service, vicinissima al centro. ottimo
−l unica pecca che ho trovato è la mancanza di pulizia nei particolari se metti tanti sopramobili poi li devi pulire dalla polvere, se metti tanti bicchieri o bottiglie di liquori e vini poi le devi pulire dalla polvere, il consiglio che posso darti mettile dentro una vetrinetta in modo che non siano in balia della polvere. L' ultimo appunto e date un controllo agli scarichi dei sanitari, basta poco per essere al top..

“Gerne wieder”
+Der Gastgeber Michelangelo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist exzellent. Bahnhofsnähe , Fußgängerzone um die Ecke und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und individuell eingerichtet mit viel Gefühl für Kunst und Kultur. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.
−Nichts - ausser das wir nicht länger bleiben konnten.

“La mejor estancia de Cagliari”
+Todo! El apartamento está en una zona muy céntrica y perfecta para conocer la ciudad, comer, aparcar… nosotros nos cogimos la suit y sin duda ha sido la mejor estancia de toda Cerdeña que hemos tenido! Sin ningún duda repetiremos. También queremos añadir que a Michelangelo es un anfitrión estupendo y que nos dios las mejores recomendaciones y ha estado muy atento con nosotros en todo lo que le pedíamos!

+BB molto bello, tenuto benissimo ed attrezzato con ogni tipo di confort. Proprietario gentilissimo e che dire, lo consiglio a chiunque. ah, dimenticavo, posizione centralissima

+Das Zimmer mit eigenem Bad war sehr schön und super zentral gelegen. Unser Gastgeber Michelangelo war klasse: sehr gastfreundlich und er stand uns während unseres Aufenthaltes immer mit Tips und Empfehlungen (Sightseeing und Bars/Restaurants) zur Seite. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen für einen Urlaub in Cagliari … 👍🏻
