“AVOID AT ALL COSTS”
+Absolutely nothing. RUN AWAY from this place and the rude, greedy owner.
−This was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. The apartment reeked of mold and sewage, the air conditioner was broken during a summer heatwave, and the noise levels made it impossible to sleep. It was filthy and clearly not maintained , a complete health hazard. The host was not only unhelpful but actively dishonest, trying to charge me for three nights of tourist tax even though I only stayed one night (as per Italian law, I should only have paid for the night I stayed). When I politely pointed this out, he became rude, dismissive, and stopped responding altogether. Booking.com has been contacted with full documentation, including photos, messages, and evidence of the appalling conditions. If you value your health, safety, and basic human decency, do not stay here. This place should be removed from the platform.

+The location is great, many restaurants in the area, quick and easy access to the central train station and to the city centre. The apartment is in an old building and has quite an exotic entrance which made us laugh and take pictures of it. There was a lot of hygienic supplies in the bathroom and a pair of ear plugs. Hot water in the shower was working perfectly well.
−The apartment is basically a single room which is very small. The shower has such a low ceiling that people of more than 175 cm height would need to bend their heads to take shower. The water pump is super loud so there's no chance of not waking your travel companion when using the bathroom at night. The windows unfortunately allow the street sounds in, although there was a pair of ear plugs for us to use. When we arrived, there's been a wet towel in the bathroom that didn't match all the other towels and looked used. Maybe it was forgotten by a cleaning staff. Also, to our taste, there's been too much scents: two sets of aroma sticks is too much for such a small apartment. Also the linens and the towels were clean but smelled of dampness. Overall, for the price payed we expected a little bit more quality. Still, the place is ok for a night or two.
