+We had a very nice stay in Ikigai house in Ye! Short walk to the volcano, cliffs and Mirador del Rio. Good contact with the host, beautiful house 👍

+The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and overall it was a great place to stay. The location and general condition met our expectations, and check-in was smooth. It’s a comfortable space and worked well for our trip.
−The bathroom has no ventilation, which causes a noticeable smell of damp or moldy water. The bedrooms felt slightly damp, bedding felt a bit wet at times. We used the heating on A/C to dry out The pool was not heated, so it was too cold to use during our stay. There is no TV in the bedroom.

“Great private villa in the north of Lanzarote”
+Exact match photos and reality. Very nice villa with private patio with pool. Working AC in all rooms and peaceful location. Spacious bathroom and great washing machine ( with dryer option). Mayte was an amazing host. Thank you. For us as we were exploring North Lanzarote this time , the location was perfect. Both eating options in Yé Teleclub and Asador were excellent.
−Too cold pool so not used during our stay, and nights were cold ( house felt very humid), we had to use AC with heating option every evening. But with both we understand as it is higher up and under the vulcano. Not practical sinks in the bathrooms.

“Une super semaine en famille pour découvrir les paysages de Lanzarote!”
+Emplacement au calme dans un petit village au nord de l'ile qui est pour nous le plus bel endroit, moins de touristes en masse, et des accès à de nombreux spots, visites, plages non bondées (conseil : Caletón Blanco & Playa de la Cantería!) Le logement a beaucoup de charme et rénové avec goût. Notre hôte a été très accessible pour répondre à nos questions via Whatsapp. Le climat est plus frais dans cette partie de l'ile, donc les nuits sont agréables.
−Dommage que notre hôte n'ai pas été là à l'arrivée (et au départ), nous aurions aimé plus d'échanges directs et des conseils sur les environs, le logement. La piscine était plutôt froide et non ou peu chauffée (22-23° environ), dommage car le climat est aussi plus frais dans cette partie de l'ile (température de 22° en moyenne et souvent nuageux, car les nuages s'accrochent sur les hauteurs). Il suffit de descendre quelques kilomètres et là vous trouverez 26-27°, largement suffisant et l'océan est plus chaud que la piscine!

“Tutto perfetto🙂”
+Struttura pulita ed in ordine come in foto, Mayte si è preoccupata se fosse tutto ok durante il nostro soggiorno e ci ha contattati spiegandoci come fare il self check-in. La struttura si trova a nord dell'isola, circa a 30 minuti di distanza da tutti i servizi essenziali. A pochi passi invece si trova un piccolo negozio ed un teleclub. Molto apprezzato il vino di benvenuto e la cura nei minimi dettagli per garantirti un soggiorno confortevole. Ci torneremo senz'altro per una seconda visita dell'isola.

“Presencia de ratón, humedades y problemas de limpieza”
+La ubicación y la tranquilidad del entorno. La propietaria fue amable en el trato y trató de compensar parcialmente una de las incidencias surgidas durante la estancia.
−Durante nuestra estancia encontramos varios problemas que afectaron a la experiencia. Había humedades visibles en una de las habitaciones y un olor persistente a humedad. También observamos deficiencias de limpieza, incluyendo suciedad acumulada en algunas zonas y en el desagüe de la ducha. Lo más preocupante fue encontrar excrementos de ratón en el interior de la vivienda y posteriormente un ratón dentro del alojamiento, situación que quedó documentada mediante fotografías. Consideramos que estos aspectos no se corresponden con el nivel de calidad esperado para una estancia de este precio.
